We have had the best experience here all week when on vacation. I believe his name is John. He is such a happy face to deal with in the morning! Keep being awesome š
I asked for light ice. If Iām paying to get light ice give me some damn light ice. I am very upset
I love that they still carry Lactose Free milk!
The service here is absolutely awful. Donāt even bother going into the store, they prioritize the drive through over any walk ins. The staff can be incredibly rude and dismissive. Starbucks, take note of the low reviews at this location. Itās for a reason.
If I could give zero stars I would.
We arrived in the drive through and ordered our food at 11:15 am.
It took us 30 MINUTES to finally get to the pay window at 11:45.
After watching the customer ahead of us get yelled at and berated (assuming by a female manger) we were then promptly told that they were having technical difficulties and to come inside to pay. Seeing the line of 20+ people going OUT THE FRONT DOOR we said no and drive off.
ā¼ļøGO TO ANY OTHER STARBUCKSā¼ļø this Starbucks had us trapped in the drive thru for more than a half hour and was incredibly disorganized.
Writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the this locations drive-thru on May 2nd. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the usual high standards of customer service that Starbucks is known for.
During my visit, I encountered a very rude interaction with the staff member, Taylor, who was dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, my order was incorrect despite my repeated clarifications multiple times. This experience was upsetting, especially considering the reputation of Starbucks for friendly and attentive service. I am from Ontario and have been to Starbucks across the country and have never in my life came into contact with someone so rudeā¦I would never have imagined it happening at a Starbucks location as this does not align with the atmosphere at any other location across the country.
I hope you will look into this matter to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience.
I stop at Starbucks all across western Canada. This one has NO organization and it takes over 1/2 hour to get a coffee. They need to assess their drive thru process. I get to the front and the girl has piles of ready made orders just sitting there while she takes more orders. Why not process the ready orders quickly through if itās all sitting there? It seems they serve a person then Take an order, serve a person and take an order. Just by a glance you can see to process whats ready then take a new order. Why keep everyone waiting when itās ready. This happened all week. This specific location needs new management.

Idk what was wrong with that staff but they need to learn how to be professional Iāve been there a few times and its poorly managed staff was rude from the moment I started my order. Wouldnāt even go on a good day.
