After waiting a half hour in the drive thru with a crying baby on the way out of town they didn't even have my coffee ready when I got to the window. Then, they left one of my drinks sitting there instead of giving it to me and they didn't even make my drink correctly. This was a huge waste of my time and money.

Didn’t realize “extra cinnamon” meant half the bottle. That’s a layer of cinnamon on the bottom… not espresso. My coffee tastes like chai.

This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Order your drink the second you open your eyes in the morning or you’ll be waiting 20 minutes when you get there.

I was passing by West Kelowna and decided to stop here for a break.
The first thing you notice, very friendly and welcoming staff.
Service was quick and to perfection.
It is a busy location, but the staff are fast to get you going.

30 minutes for 1 drink. I told the barista as such and was yelled at by the manager that I'm not aloud to talk like that. These minimum wage employees are too soft these days, and seem to not really care about how well they can do their jobs.

Grabbed some quick drinks on our way to La Casa Resort. I had ordered on the mobile app as we pulled into the parking lot. The drinks were ready in a few minutes as we walked in and the staff were very friendly.

The service here is absolutely awful. Don’t even bother going into the store, they prioritize the drive through over any walk ins. The staff can be incredibly rude and dismissive. Starbucks, take note of the low reviews at this location. It’s for a reason.

If I could give zero stars I would.
We arrived in the drive through and ordered our food at 11:15 am.
It took us 30 MINUTES to finally get to the pay window at 11:45.
After watching the customer ahead of us get yelled at and berated (assuming by a female manger) we were then promptly told that they were having technical difficulties and to come inside to pay. Seeing the line of 20+ people going OUT THE FRONT DOOR we said no and drive off.
