The worst subway employee/service i ever received by this lady here “SIMRAN”. Super rude, no manners how to greet a guest or whatsoever. Washroom isn’t working, out of cookies. And ironically this is supposed to be a new restaurant. Wow!!

She rushed while making sandwich don’t even listen the request to wrap it saprate . She left up to another worker to finsh her job and went on her cellphone . Food quality was good customer service is -0 . Could be served better . Thank you
Rude staff . I was on work and came here for having a break . Staff made my sandwich in hurry without listening me what i want in it . And she was on call . Bad experiance . As a indian my advise to that indian girl - ( Nahi maan karda bhene kam karn nu abda ghar jao duje da din karab na karo )

Simran was an amazing sandwich artist & was very friendly. My boyfriend & I get 12 inches but we split them in half, making both of our sides differently. One toasted, one not; One with all 3 types of the meat, one with only one type of meat; Both have different veggies, sauces, seasoning. & she made both of them separately perfect. Shes a very good listener, was very welcoming & made our meal delicious without any issues or complaints on either end. Not only her either but everytime I’ve been to this specific Subway location, I always have a good meal and the servers are welcoming & friendly

Asked for tap water and was told that they do not offer cups for tap water. Absolutely insane to not allow a customer water from that tap to try and force them into buying water bottles. Disgusting behaviour!!

Absolutely rude. Didn't have the proper bread available at 8am. Whatever that meant! Then how are you going to serve breakfast and lunch today as a sandwich restaurant?! I left. Went to the Butt Road location. I've never heard of a Subway in Canada that doesn't have any coffee for costumers either! Every Subway in AB, SK, and MB has coffee.
