A couple of us dined here yesterday evening and were very disappointed. Staff was very friendly but does not make up for poor service! We ordered an array of dishes and when they finally came out our first bites turned into our last bites, takoyaki had a rice sized piece of octopus that was still cold inside, poke bowl had tuna and salmon that was probably the worst fish I’ve ever had (one of us was sick afterwards), miso soup tasted like dishwater, veggies tasted like they were out of a can, sushi rice was overcooked and mushy! Unfortunately there was no dish I have anything good to say about. The sake we ordered came towards the end of our meal and again we’re left disappointed especially for what he’s charging for it! Left wondering why this restaurant has such a high rating!

A regular of their Penticton locations, I have now discovered Kojo in West Kelowna and can’t be happier about this! Their vegan ramen broth is addictive, consider yourself warned. The interior is very clean and the staff attentive and very welcoming. Great portions at great prices! I’ll be back!
