The workers need to learn how to pronounce the words as well as know the menu. The lady couldn't tell me which doughnut is which. And she kept pronouncing Maple like Meatball. SO FRUSTRATING
The supervisor Ana was so calm and collected towards this horrible customer who was lying. I feel so bad for her. Food was fantastic and the crew was so kind to me and my friend when we came through.
