I usually just get the ceaser salad, it is good, sometimes some of the lettuce pieces can be brown or soggy. Not too bad, I’m glad they still offer salads as a lot of fast food chains with drive thru’s no longer do. Decently fast, typically nice workers.

They got my entire order wrong. I didn't see it till I got home, but the whole thing was wrong. Ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger and fries, and they gave me a regular single cheeseburger, and left out the fries entirely. Extremely, EXTREMELY disappointed. The other two orders in my party came out fine. For the price, the fact that they literally cut my meal down to a third of what it was supposed to be is frankly disgusting.

I never experienced food poisoning in my life until this Wendy’s where I had he homestyle chicken burger and probably didn’t eat Wendy’s for a good year afterwards and now I made the mistake and paid the same price again last night in a hurry as a quick bite while hitting the road to go camping I got the grilled chicken wraps and paid the price my first night camping clearly food poisoning yet again also chicken again and exact same location west Kelowna….. extremely disappointed I was hoping the first time over a year ago was just a total fluke but now again I don’t know what sort of health inspections are going on or what level of training or expectations are on the employees but it’s horrible. Please do better I wouldn’t wish what I went through last night on anyone.

0 is my review. Absolutely horrible. Usually would come here and enjoy the bacon deluxe every now and then but tonight our burgers were raw. Halfway through eating then realizing it. Definitely not going back now they seem to always just push customers through drive thru as fast as they can. Not very polite service just get us through. Not coming back. Very disappointed. Y’all better be checking your burgers to make sure they are cooked through.

First they take away the grilled chicken burgers, and now they give us sippy cups with no straw at all. I’m just going to get my fast food fix from literally anywhere else that provides a straw. Bye Wendy’s.

Line was so long they're so short staffed (there Indians so don't bother trying to apply cause they definitely won't hire you) also while we're waiting at the window to get our food flies kept flying into the building and our car and landing quite close to the food which is really gross (no surprise there's flies) definitely won't be eating here again 😭🙏🏻
