How many times do you need to say no tomato On my burger and actually get no tomato ? Seems like it's impossible at this location. Every single time I ask, I always get it. Poor listening skills.

Found black mold in my wrap today. When I went back to report it, Javan was rude, dismissive, and told me “it comes like that,” which is unacceptable. He then closed the drive-thru window on my face. This is a major health concern and the staff’s attitude made it even worse. Very unprofessional.

Went to drive-thru. Fries were dry, over cooked and cold. Chicken fingers were cold. Hamburger was luke warm. Hopefully no Salmonella 🤞

Dirty counters, bathrooms BOTH out of service and horrible smell coming from the washrooms. Customers waiting forever to be served at the counter, food was mediocre, and overall terrible atmosphere. Restaurants must have functional washrooms.

Very poor service. Incorrect order giving us fries instead of apple slices and asked us to return the fries after (which they dumped in the garbage). We asked to use the washroom and they ignored us. Food was still OK.

The last 3 times I have been to West Kelowna location I have ordered a spicy chicken meal with medium fries and drink and a chilli cheese noches and each time they don't give me fries and say we gave noches instead of fries we never charged u for it sir that's not the problem it is I got home with no fri when I ordered it and this time today I said into the speaker when ordering I still want my frie as well as noches and she said ok but since they all don't speak English well they just say ok when they don't understand you I probably am done with this location wouldn't recommend it specially when I call in and they just to bad we didn't charge u for it bad business management

I usually just get the ceaser salad, it is good, sometimes some of the lettuce pieces can be brown or soggy. Not too bad, I’m glad they still offer salads as a lot of fast food chains with drive thru’s no longer do. Decently fast, typically nice workers.
