Ordered takeout online, order was accepted, credit card was charged. Tried to phone to confirm, no one picked up and voicemail says they are having issues and currently closed. Hours later the order was cancelled. Credit card was charged. Now disputing the charge with my bank.
Previously have eaten there, food was awesome and people lovely. Sounds like they have come across hard times, which you want to sympathize with, but they need to find a way to shut down their order system and stop charging people if they aren't open. Hope they can sort this out and get open again, in the meanwhile, trying to get our money back for the food we never got.

Checked online….they are open. Drive from Canal Flats….nope. Not open.

Wonderful dinner. The food was freshly cooked and served perfectly. The staff were friendly and attentive. So happy we found this little gem.

For those who have visited Mexico and miss the cuisine, this is the answer. Authentic Mexican and is good. It’s obvious a Mexican Family, who really cares about customers experiences, owns and operates it.

We were there around 4:30pm and the door was locked. We started to walk away but a young child let us in. Two young boys served us. They were adorable. Took a very long time to get drinks and to place an order. The ambiance and food were amazing. Bathroom stall door didn't close/lock.

Food ok but service was abysmal. Two 10 yr old kids working out front, no adults to be seen. Order was not put through for one of three orders.

Food was traditional which was nice. Service was not great. Seemed to be low on staff and had children as hostess/waiter/food runners. Took 50 minutes to receive our appetizer of chips and salsa which came at the same time as dinner. Food didn’t come at the same time for dinner of 4 people. Definitely not worth the wait. Will not be going back.

There were 4 of us who went.

a) Took forever to get the food and then it was not served all together. As none of us wanted to eat until we all got our food, by the time all the food came, our food was cold.

b) We were never asked what kind of drinks we wanted so the only thing we got was water. We ran out of water waiting for our food and had to ask for more which also was slow to get.

c) No one checked on us to see how we were doing.

d) When we went to pay, we were asked to go to the cash register and tell them so they could charge us as they did not know.

e) The food might have been good if it was hot. But given what we got, it did feel as if it was overpriced and not worth it.

6) It was not even clear who was our waiter/waitress so it was not clear who we should be expressing any concerns we had. Not only that but since we had to wait as long as we did, they even had to come out and verify what we ordered a second time.

7) Looking at the other tables, everyone was waiting for their food to arrive and a couple tables even went to talk to the waiters about how long it was taking to get their food so it did not look like anyone was happy with the service.

Such a warm welcoming place! Make this a stop on your trip and you won’t regret it. Family run, I felt like I was apart of the family. Great, fresh food (the best salsa!) and great portions, we could barely finish our meals (but we did cause it was so good!). Our server was wonderful, she did a fantastic job, very kind but professional. We had the enchilada platter, taco platter, and the cheesy bean dip; I would recommend all of them. They were unfortunately out of churros, but if they’re anywhere as good as the food, I can understand why! We will definitely be back.

Pulled in close to closing, super hungry from a big day of adventuring. Family run spot, we were welcomed in and provided with amazing food! Fish tacos, chicken tacos and chips and guacamole! Was the best food, and loveliest owners!! Give this place a go!!

Quaint Mexican setting, lovely Mexican decor & music. Good menu selection, delicious food and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the tortilla soup and tostadas. Servings were quite generous. We would go back again! Hope they get a liquor licence soon.

I HIGHLY recommend Su Casa, our meal was absolutely delicious!! This restaurant is a gem, owned & operated by a wonderful family! I highly recommend you give them a try, you won't be disappointed! My daughter & I had the Enchiladas Rancheras & they were incredible. My brother had Tacos, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks again Luz!

Awesome food! Friendly family-run place with a great vibe. Everything we had was extremely delicious - we'll be back! I personally loved the beef enchiladas and my spouse had the tacos with shredded beef(I can't remember the name of that!) and that beef was sooooo good (I tried a bite and our toddler basically stole my husband's meal). One thing to be aware of is that the food comes out piping hot. So, especially in regards to kids' meals, stick your fingers in everything to ensure it's cool enough for your kid to eat so that they don't burn themselves.
