Great staff and conviently located on the freeway, but having not had an A&W burger in a while, I was candidly pretty disappointed how their Teen Burgers had changed to a lower quality lower cost burger similar to Jack In the Box.

Ordered a teenburger No cheese, extra pickles. They gave me no lettuce. They gave me no tomatoes and they gave me no napkins were service ever in lake country Sunday 4:15 pm approx. It's very sad that I have to Going forward check the bag every time to make sure it's correct. It wasn't a hard order no fries no drink just a burger that was done completely wrong.

Stopped and tried the new Steakhouse burger May 15… terrible, soggy mess ! A&W can do much better than this new offering. Bring back the Angus burger !

The place smelt like old grease, the hamburgers were terrible ( the meat didn’t taste like regular A&W hamburger). The were friendly.

Just had to listen to the staff argue with a customer as I ate my lunch. Customer wanted her iced coffee to taste like coffee and it didn’t, so the staff argued with her about making a new one. Took the whole 15 mins while I was eating and she still left dissatisfied. I’ve never seen a staff be so argumentative with a customer.

They sold me a rootbeer knowing that it wasnt carbonated, because "the guy came to fix it but couldnt make it work". I was a bizarre interaction.

Was there yesterday june 8. Ordered classic breakfast and all Canadian breakfast sent back 3 timeswas serviced on paper plates was given wood cutlery asked for real cutlery never did get any cutlery. Absolutely terrible yesterday. Finally asked for money back and went elsewhere . Will be stopping in to xhat to manager as was told one wasnt working. Wow
