This was the worst customer service I've ever had. Thank you. There were customers inside the store and they were making a lot of noise behind the counter, are they really in their right minds? Also, they must have thought I was Chinese, because they tried to imitate Chinese intonation, which was really annoying. McDonald's seems to give their staff a great education!

Terrible service. The food was cold, and they didn’t even put any napkins, even though we ordered take-out. Our friend received a completely cold meal — when he asked to replace it, they gave him the wrong order, just hot.
We got our food bagged so carelessly — everything was upside down, the hashbrown wasn’t in a bag at all, and the cinnamon roll box was open, with cream spilled all over the bag.
Please hire a proper manager for this location.

literally best cold brew ive ever had from mcdonalds is this location. but holy flies literally everywhere, workers swatting at them and customers, fly kept coming at my food so im sure flies sit on the food in the back while its being made
Husband ate there July 14/25 4-5pm. Did not eat anything else or anywhere else. Last night acute stomach pain then throwing up and severe diaharrea ALL night--still sick 9am July 15/25. Food poisoning for sure. He is the only one that ate McDonalds--and the only one in the household who is ill. Never again. Gross.

McDonald's has become average...and now that they charge 25 cents for paper bags....and using plastic as an excuse....oh and I checked A&W does not charge....so they will get my business
