The best subway in the okanagan. Everything is always fresh and clean, even during lunch rush. Only subway location i will ever go to.

I visited Subway today, and I had a very bad experience. The white male staff member was extremely rude and refused to follow my instructions while making my sandwich. I always come to Subway for good service and fresh food, but this behavior was very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management looks into this and provides better customer service in the future.

absolutely terrible customer service, quite literally threw the subs together, didn’t get a bag. very unfriendly and unwelcoming. extremely messy and unorganized. Do not recommend.

Went there to grab my lunch around 3-4 pm. Not busy at all and placed my simple and usual order for veg 6inch. Staff was very rude with all the brown customers but seems okay with all other Canadians. My grilled sandwich got paper stuck on the whole bread and was completely burnt. Went back, showed them the sandwich and asked for another sandwich. No sorry but they were angry at me instead and started making another one. Put meat on my veg one and when i asked he just throw the meat back in meat container and used the same bread with meat crumbs on it. I am okay with same knife or glove but cant eat meat so I asked him to change the bread. He again slammed everything. Overall the worst Subway location I have went to. Not to the management: there are better people out there who want to work and can perform better.

I eat here often and the staff are always super nice and greet me with a big smile, Sachin is the man and always asks me about my day and is happy to chat while I’m there, would highly recommend for a quick bite to eat!

Ryder is the man! He hooked us up with some amazing service and was super welcoming. He made our experience one of the best subway orders we’ve ever had. And I eat subway A LOT. Heavily suggest eating here!
I came in for lunch yesterday and ordered a foot long sub.I asked for it to be cut in half and wrapped individually.(I am a driver)I got a sigh and a sour look.After paying I asked for a bag for the two individual sandwiches.She refused(older woman),they were 10 cents each or no deal.I did not have a dime on me and I was not paying the 10 cents with my credit card.Never have I ever gone to a subway and not got a bag for my sandwiches. 🥪.Some people were just not meant for customer service .After walking out with both sandwiches my cell phone drink and keys in my hand this is the last time at this location

I don't usually review fast food places but this was an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly, bread was fresh, tasted very good, giving locations in Kelowna a run for their money. Night and day experience here versus other locations. Staff working lunch need a pay raise :) 5/5
