I eat here often and the staff are always super nice and greet me with a big smile, Sachin is the man and always asks me about my day and is happy to chat while I’m there, would highly recommend for a quick bite to eat!

Ryder is the man! He hooked us up with some amazing service and was super welcoming. He made our experience one of the best subway orders we’ve ever had. And I eat subway A LOT. Heavily suggest eating here!

I came in for lunch yesterday and ordered a foot long sub.I asked for it to be cut in half and wrapped individually.(I am a driver)I got a sigh and a sour look.After paying I asked for a bag for the two individual sandwiches.She refused(older woman),they were 10 cents each or no deal.I did not have a dime on me and I was not paying the 10 cents with my credit card.Never have I ever gone to a subway and not got a bag for my sandwiches. 🥪.Some people were just not meant for customer service .After walking out with both sandwiches my cell phone drink and keys in my hand this is the last time at this location

Best subway experience of my life, my sandwich’s were made with love and care by a true subway sandwich artist, shout out to the young employee with the arm bandage. He deserves a raise he was super funny and personable !!!

I don't usually review fast food places but this was an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly, bread was fresh, tasted very good, giving locations in Kelowna a run for their money. Night and day experience here versus other locations. Staff working lunch need a pay raise :) 5/5

WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SUBWAY EVER.LAST TIME OUR ORDER WAS SCREWED UP,GAVE A COUPON STAFF MEMBER DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE AND WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.EVEN SENT EMAIL TO MANAGER WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT.THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US WAY TO MANY TIMES.WHERE THE FOOD IS KEPT NOT VERY CLEAN.I DO NOT THINK STAFF HAVE DONE THE FOOD SAFE PROGRAM.THE BOARD WHERE SUBS ARE MADE IS DIRTY AND IN BETWEEN EACH SUB THE KNIFE IS NOT CLEANED.WHEN MAKING THE SUBS STUFF IS DROPPING IN WRONG CONTAINERS.GOD FORBID SOMEONE HAS AN ALLERGY.YOU CAN TELL THE STAFF DOESN'T LIKE THEIR JOBS,LIKE SERIOUSLY YOUR NOT HAPPY GET A JOB ELSEWHERE.THE TIME BEFORE WE WENT IN FOR SUBS AND THERE WAS A LARGE GROUP THAT CAME IN AFTER US,THERE WAS NO HAM OR TURKEY WHICH I COMMENTED TO THE YOUNG MAN WORKING THERE I OVERHEARD HIS COWORKER SAY THERE IS MORE IN THE BACK AND HE BRUSHED HIM OFF SO WE DIDNT GET OUR DINNER.THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN AN EATING ESTABLISHMENT PERIOD.WE NOW GO TO THE ONE AT THE AIRPORT ALWAYS CLEAN ALWAYS STOCKED.AFTER EACH SUB UTENSILS ARE CLEANED TO NO CROSS CONTAMINATION AND THE BOARD WHERE SUBS ARE MADE ARE WIPED DOWN AFTER EACH SUB,.THE STAFF THERE ARE ALWAYS HAPPY AND VERY FRIENDLY SO THATS WHERE WE WILL GO FROM NOW ON.IF I COULD HAVE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU NO STARS.
This is a nice place, staff us friendly, only problem is the large number of fruit flies that keep pestering you when your eating inside

I’ll never eat here again. I had diarrhea after eating half the sub. The meat on the steak and cheese sub was old and soggy. These cheap owners never throw out expired food.
