We have been going to Don Chatos for years and are so happy we have such a wonderful restaurant in our area. The food is always great and the service is incredibly good. It is rare to find a restaurant with so many waiters who are competent and outgoing. Can't recommend enough.

Waitress got confused when my husband asked for cheese dip for the chips he said queso dip please she asked yellow or white we say white she literally brought us a small bowl of melted sliced or shredded white cheese literally not dip just melted cheese in a bowl , we giggled and told her the mistake that we didn't need the queso anymore then we were served quickly it was delicious and not once did our drinks go emptyParking: It's a huge shopping center
Really good service and fast as well. The best thing they had was the nachos, the beef burrito and their beans were delicious. As you walk in, it feels like Mexico which I loved. The only thing small complaint would be upgrading their rice which I wasn't fawn by. It can be more authentic. The tortillas were cold but it's ok. Over all, I will definitely be back with my family again

I go in with my family Saturday night and ordered carne asada tacos. The meat was cold, so my husband sent it back. The servers excuse was the pico de gallo and guacamole made it cold, so we requested plain tacos. We waited over 30 minutes and I asked him how much longer? He said he never requested it to be remade because we said we didn't want it. Never did we say that. All we said was make it plain. Who in their right mind assumes we just don't want to eat anymore. When u send a plate back it's because it needs to be remade. I couldn't believe this happened. We left upset and hungry. Never coming back here again

I'm glad we pulled off the highway and kept looking around for Don Chato's. Beautiful decor, fabulous food, and friendly and prompt service. We ordered the Caribbean Chicken Salad and shared it in all its hugeness. We also got a side of refried beans - also huge. The beans were great: not as runny as some places make it, and seasoned just right!

Very quaint atmosphere! The food is delicious, abundant and reasonably priced. The staff is all very friendly and courteous. I've been going there since before it was Don Chato and I must say I'm thrilled nothing has really changed.
