All around food is really good But you guys ran your prices so high it’s ridiculous. These people are making careers out of something that should be kids getting ready to go to college look at your employees. They’re all making careers that are working at Jack-in-the-Box at a fast food restaurant pathetic.

It's fast food. But I like that I can get scrambled eggs (or other breakfast menu items) any time of day. Staff here is friendly, but not always efficient. Accessible parking and entrance, which is easy to use.
Quiet, good place to go eat accompanied by whoever you like, averagely expensive prices, like in all of that type of food

I've been twice withing thlast month, and both times parts of my order was incorrect. The first time, we ordered via drive-thru. Good thing I checked before leaving the parking lot because fried were missing.
This time, I went in. I ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger for my son. What a surprise it was when there was ketchup and pickles on it. We didn't check it until we got home.

I went through the drive thru this morning and order a #22 with a lemonade. The drive thru person had the order wrong and i politely corrected her and she fixed it and i confirmed it was correct on the screen. On my way to work after being a few miles away I opened my food and my order was incorrect. The young lady working the register didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t even offer one and just handed me back my card. I didn’t think much of it because I always stop at this location on my way to work without any issues. I called the store and was placed on hold for 6 minutes only to hear the ladies in the background laughing and discussing why I called and then hung up on. I called again and quickly placed on hold to continue to hear them all laughing and not coming to the phone for almost 10 minutes. I decided to hang up and call them back and at this point I’m frustrated and upset because I’m miles away on my way to work. I finally talk to a manager and she snarkly tells me to turn around and bring the food and I’m already miles away nowhere near the location. I get no breakfast and to bring everything back another day after ruining my morning. The staff is improperly trained by rude and unprofessional managers. I will be writing a letter to your corporate office as well because you don’t treat people like absolute crap like it’s amusing and okay.
We’re all human and people make mistakes, but to be rude laughing and placing a customer on hold discussing the matter and being unapologetic and rude doesn’t get a pass.
Last night they were only excepting cash only payments. I hope it’s not a tactic by the staff in order to work less.. it seems like they’re quick service terminals go down constantly

Lately everytime I go through the drive thru they ask me to park out front to wait for my order. They either don't come for a long time or my order is wrong. I am only ordering 2 combos and a kids meal. My advice, when they ask you to wait out front DON'T. It's only to keep their timer low on the drive thru. Not fair to customers.
