Ordered two tacos without cheese and got two tacos with no lettuce or sauce, just meat and the cheese that I didn’t ask for. Missing two ingredients and includes one I specifically asked to not be in there.

The shakes weren’t mixed completely. The cherries taste old. Forgot to give back our change.
Unlike most places, the dining room is open until 11pm. I drive an RV so this is nice because I can't use most drive thru.

Drove through the Acton location early in the morning arrived in the drive-thru before 4 am with a mobile order. The girl asked me to pull around and wait in the front so she could prepare the orders behind us first! Absolutely NOT!!! I was appalled by that statement: We ordered tacos and egg rolls 1 soda only super easy too bag up! Super upsetting to know the reason they ask people to wait in the front!

Man working drive thru with arm tattoos June 16th around 830 pm , decided to charge me for large fries , when I reiterated to him that I don’t want that. I’m not sure why he thought that’s okay, if he did this wrong he should be looked into because he’s probably doing a lot more not getting caught or spoken about. From a costumer standpoint my advice would be if you wanna be up charged and waste food visit this location !

This is probably the best Jack-in-the-Box location I’ve ever been to the staff. Here is excellent and seem to take pride in their job, which is hard to find nowadays..
