Came here at 12:30am Friday night going into Saturday it’s supposed to be open until 1:00am and employees ignored me did not answer or take order via drive through after countless times I park and they tell me to go through drive through and then I got ignored again called the store and they purposely ignored the phone too

I was there early morning, i only asked for the 2×$6 English muffins and very specific No Egg No Cheese. I can't stand the smell of eggs, so they left the eggs. You'll think McDonald's has learned by now. Nope, it's still the same issue today. I learned today that no matter what they take, your money and issues will continue, sadly. HR.

Got take out, double qrt lbder had paper in it. Looked like the paper that wraps frozen meat patties. Disgusting!! Food tasted old and meat was burned. Fries were old.

Sat at the order menu which was on for 20 mins no response then drove up to the window only to be ignored by the worker who can obviously see me all during business hours will not be returning here. If your closed don't allow people to make orders and adjust your time to when you actually close 👎

I’m very frustrated there’s no service at all here it’s all kiosk ordering even though they have a register at the front. It takes 10 to 15 mins to get any service from any staff. It’s been crap ever since the stupid kiosk things came in. I wish those things would go away we shouldn’t let have to be forced to use those. We should put the customer first always.and also please don’t talk about customers behind there backs. It’s very rude. We hear everything that goes on behind the counter it’s not pleasant to hear so please don’t do it.

Nice location. Drive thru isn't easy to navigate so watch those curbs... Not a fan of no refills on soft drinks or the kiosk order and pay but I guess it's getting more popular throughout most locations. Of course not much else here in Acton...
