Salmon tempura roll, spicy tuna roll on point. The salmon and tuna sushi quality was not as expected as it was a little chewy and not like the "butter" pieces I've come to expect elsewhere.

Great food. Always fresh and full of flavor. Service can be slow at times but for the most part it is good. The green bamboo roll is stellar!!!! Eating here is comfortable and quite. Makes you feel like your getting all the unique flavors and qualities of Japanese cuisine but being so close to home.

It has been several years since I have been to Miso Sushi. I was hoping for the best, but not expected much. I am happy to report that it was fantastic. Just like I remember it from years ago. The place was pretty busy and like many places nowadays, they were short on staff. However, the server was friendly and efficient despite being very busy. I ordered the Double Tuna Roll and the Dynamite Roll. Both rolls were very good. I really enjoyed the double tuna roll which was stuffed with spicy tuna on the inside and another piece of tuna on the outside. My wife ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. It was loaded with chicken. My wife loves more lettuce than rice in her bowl and Miso made it exactly like she wanted it. My only complaint is that they didn't have regular menus and you had the scan a QR code with your phone to see the menu. The process was easy to use but the online menu didn't have pictures. When I order sushi rolls, I like to see what they look like. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I love the booths which are very private. Overall, it was a fantastic meal and I am looking forward to coming back soon.
My boyfriend and I found this hidden gem behind the McDonalds on Sierra Hwy. Miso Sushi is one of those delicious finds you usually only read about, but it does exist off the 14 fwy in Acton!! We ordered tempura shrimp and miso soup ( THE best!) for appetizers, a California roll, spicy shrimp roll, shrimp tempura crunch roll, and shrimp sushi. Everything was fantastic. The shrimp sushi was the best I have ever had anywhere. The sushi chef, George, added some lemon/garlic and chili sauce to the shrimp sushi and the flavors were amazing. He also sent over a surprise, a sample of Ono sushi. It was incredible. Will we be back?? You betcha!!!

Update: 2023Tried it today, and it was great! Fast service, nice people. We had mixed tempura and 3 different rolls. We will come back again now.Service has gone down terribly. Like the last review, had to beg for everything. There was 1 guy at the bar like us and one table of a few people, I wouldn't say that's busy. At 2:30 we were told last call. Too much rice, too much eel sauce. Not worth a hundred dollars for sure. What's going on?
Came in was told be with you in a few by someone looks and acts like she works in a biker bar 25 minutes later and nine more customers sits me down and tells me I have more orders in front of you like it’s going to be a long wait they need to get rid of her she’s bad for business I won’t be back don’t waste your time here

I went here with my friends to meet in the middle between Lancaster and Santa Clarita. It was really nice. I got the shrimp tempura and the texture was softer than usual and i liked it a lot. I liked the ambiance. It was more than i expected in acton. The service was really good as well. Our server was engaging and even remembered i don't like avocado and made sure they made my rolls without it. She was super sweet and made us feel special.

Miso sushi is by far my favorite place to get sushi. The fish is always fresh and the service is great. Even when it gets busy they are honest and try their best to get food out as quick as possible. George is the BEST sushi chef. He makes the most delicious rolls. They are scrumptious! Overall the workers there are so friendly and kind and the sushi is bomb. When you go don't forget to try the deep fried oreos.
