Apr 20th, 2024. An employee was having an attitude issues. I wanna thank her cause she made me leave and I’m trying to curb on sweets and carbs. I have no idea what happened but it had seemed to her that I was rude and I was totally not.

First of all, it looked like she was having a bad day, or she was already tired. So I just went today for some ice cream and so i politely asked her if she could please put some sprinkles on my ice cream and she told me that’s extra, i know it’s extra, and so I told her give me two cups of sprinkles so they charged me that same amount for the cup of sprinkles and one has more than the other one.You can see it in the pictures…

Jessica , Isabella and Julie are the sweetest ever !!! I love coming to this location and btw I like this location better than mall the girls at mall location are so rude I will not go back there ! This one they are so friendly the girl w the blonde hair at mall is rude the short blonde . She needs an attitude adjustment

Very bad attitude staff, not freindly people, no bathrooms closed since 3 years for no reason, I don't recommend this horrible location for you

Loved the customer service Yesenia and Samantha were really nice and made my milkshake just like I wanted they over heard my husband say he’s allergic to nuts and the girls offered samples for the flavors with no nuts. Excellent service ladies

Don't get me wrong, but I liked their ice cream and their milkshakes but I'm not trying this location again. I ordered from DoorDash three weeks ago, a strawberry smoothie and a cookies & cream milkshake. It arrived on time for my order just the way I like it.
When I tried the cookies & cream, it gave me laryngitis and a sinus infection from drinking that milkshake! What did you guys put in there? Diseases and bacteria?! I was sick for 1/2 weeks and I felt like I didn't have the energy to do anything. ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS make sure to wash your hands before using the machines and wear a mask!
