This place is not good. Very slow drive thru and very stingy portions. Make sure you double check your order because they will forget stuff. I recommend the other del taco down Palmdale rd in Victorville. Much better experience and they aren’t stingy.

It would be better without having to use a kiosk to order. I'm old enough to remember talking to a person when making an order. At this point all fast food restaurants are going this direction. I can't really blame them I just don't like it

My wife and myself went there on Friday after we placed a mobile order not only did I was I missing items, but my wife got food poisoning safe to say this place is unclean and has a lazy kitchen staff that serves people food that isn’t good anymore, do not eat here or go to another location

I ordered from the drive thru. First, the girl did not confirm my order. She just told me the total amount. Then she told me to park my car so I did.
I opened the bag, tell me why some of the items was missing? And on top of that the carne asada fries was cold. I was so disappointed. They short me on the food that I paid for and it was cold. I will not go to this location again.

My thing is why do this place alway put your napkins on top of greasy food. Who want a greasy napkin and this is every time I come on people get it right! Fries don't be cooked all way I always ask for crispy fries that means cook a little longer. Should have check before I left but I didn't, not all done. Check your food before leaving and your napkins lol... I can honesty say when this one manager is there they get it right but she wasn't there today..

The experience at this location can vary quite a bit depending on the staff members. While I encountered some friendly workers, I also met one who was not particularly pleasant when I asked for confirmation on my order. Unfortunately, my order ended up being incorrect as well. Based on my experience, I would recommend visiting this place during off-peak hours rather than at lunch time to potentially have a better experience.
Went through drive thru took a while to get our food even though we were the only car at the drive through ordered a family pack it appears in my opinion shrink flation is real because the hard shell tacos seemed alot smaller than before and my family has been ordering the family pack for years here can't believe the difference in what you get at a original del taco than at this location a big difference but so is the price but today I was very disappointed in the tacos I highly recommend ordering the larger tacos because the regular ones are maybe 4or 5 bites only from what my spouse stated when he saw them he laughed out loud.

It’s Del Taco! Ordered on the app, drove thru, got my order with a smile. Asked for extra sauce, which they gave me and I was on my way again. I usually keep it simple and order their crispy tacos and green bean and cheese burritos, which were as expected.

This location is in a very busy area that offers easy access but unfortunately allows for too much congestion due to traffic. I haven't visited any locations since back in the 90s, so I was surprised to find their food quality had improved over the years.
I do have one complaint.The staff seems to have very bad attitudes. They seemed to be so unhappy with their work conditions! However, I was quite impressed with a young lady with blond hair because she was quite delightful and seemed to take pride in cleanliness as well as her attitude. I watched as she cleaned in between helping customers. There was also a very thorough and efficient young lady with dark hair who was helping customers in the drive thru line. I hope management gives both of those young women a raise! If it wasn't for those two young ladies, I would not return to this establishment due to the poor morale.
