I had a cheese tamale, a cabeza taco, a chorizo taco, a pastor taco, and a tripa taco. The cabeza was soft and juicy and the verde honestly tasted like it was made to pair with it. The chorizo was so flavorful and a little bit spicy, maybe a little less greasy than I like but everyone has their preferences. The tripas was so good, like a grilled-crispy style that I don't find a lot, and tasted like tripa instead of just fried food. The pastor was sweer, and just a little...
