Horrible, horrible customer service. The employee pictured in this picture needs to learn to be nice to customers. Learn to say "thank you" and treat customers with respect. She got upset that the person in front of me didn't come to the register in time when his number was called. She ended up charging me for his order. She has very little patience. The customer apologized to her for not hearing his number and she responded, "hold on it's not your turn!" It felt like he was getting reprimanded by a teacher for talking in class. Good customer service creates a positive experience for customers, especially to a first time customer. Management please train your staff to be kind and courteous.

This place was a let down! No flavor! You know you are eating bad Chinese food when the rice has no flavor. Chow mien Caswell no flavor this place meat options all lacked flavor I don't maybe I went on a bad day. One thing is for sure the orange chicken had good flavor you could taste the chicken(real chicken not just batter) portions are great but need flavor

The service by a younger server was terrible. A little disrespectful. The food didn't have great flavor so needed a ton of sauce. I won't go back. Small portions also for price. First time here and last time. Try Golden Chopstix instead.

My husband and I come here very often. The food is very good. Always fresh. They plate u a lot of food. The plates u can make 2 meals out of it. I am giving this place a 4 star because im noticing the service is really starting to get bad. There is a lady that works there. She has been extremely rude the last couple of times that I've been there. Not directly towards me.The last time I was there which was a month ago. She had told one of the cooks that they needed more chow main. The guy didn't hear her so he said "what". She rudely repeated what they needed and as the guy walked back in the back She says " if you clean your ears out maybe u could hear me!"Then today the customer in front of me got a plate and then at the last minute changed there mind on a item and asked for something else. They gave her something different and the lady that works there said outloud "she don't know what she wants"To me, as a costumer I think it is VERY rude to talk about ur co-worker and a costumer like that. Specially in front of a bunch of customers. This women really needs a talking to or a attitude adjustment.Lastely, u got to know when to come cause on certain times it gets so crowded in there.

This a great little find in Adelanto! Small but clean, the food is excellent, & the servings are HUGE! I get at least 2 meals from the 2 entrees order. Much prefer this little gem over The Panda place across the street. My go to for my Asian food fix!
This place is for people who don't have functioning taste buds. I forgot why I stopped eating Chinese fast food. I don't know what I was eating. The orange chicken was disgusting. The orange chicken looked so fresh and shiny. Man that mess was hard like pork cracklings. Have mercy. Jesus,the broccoli beef was just ok but I started thinking about lab meat after tasting it. I'm good. Shoutout to Fresh Wok.

This place was very good. Post pandemic not so much now. I went right after the re-opening it was ok. But not the same. Went in 2022. Again it was ok. I decided to give it another try today It has gotten worse sadly. Which is a shame. For many years this has been my go to Chinese fast food place. Today was my last visit.

Terrible attitude and service. Me and my husband went today and ordered a two entree plate. I am vegetarian and he is not. I got the veggies and he the orange chicken. We asked the server if she could please put the chicken separately in a box so my veggies wouldn't be touching it. She said no and told us the separate box would be $6 extra. We were not trying to get an extra portion. She could have served whatever went in the to- go plate in a box. She was rude and unaccommodating. It's like she thought we were trying to trick her something for extra even after we explained to her why we would like it packed separately. As a vegetarian I will be crossing this place out my list of options.We left. The place obviously did not need our sale since they choose to be mega rude over a simple request.
