My wife and I went here to get a late dinner and they said we'd have to wait 20 minutes for chicken. 20 minutes seriously! We just left. For a restaurant that only sells chicken this is ridiculous and makes no sense. All I can think is it must be bad management leading bad workers.

I haven’t been to KFC in about 10 years and probably never will again. I ordered through the KFC app and went through the drive thru at the time it said the order was estimated to be ready. The worker said the order needed to be picked up in store. I said the app said the order is ready and they said they don’t know how the app works. They said the order is not ready and I can come inside to pick it up. I said can I speak to a manager. The manager who said her name was Faviela/Fabiola proceeded to argue and say that I needed to come inside and when I asked for the number for corporate or complaints they gave me a number that is disconnected I said the number is disconnected and she said nothing so I drive to the window where I am met by the regular employee and the manager didn’t want to speak with me. That employee stood in place of her manager but that isn’t her job to do I told her I am not upset with her I just want my food. She said it isn’t ready and I can come back around the drive thru or come inside so I don’t mess up their drive thru time metrics. I am a retail store manager and I would never have my employees deescalate a customer concern that is a managers job. She then gave me my food and I was compelled to leave a review. Yikes!

I went there on 10/10/24 at about 2pm with a coupon for a family meal that was in my mailbox from KFC for KFC the manager on duty told me they didn't honor franchise coupons whats the purpose of having a franchised restaurant that doesnt honor franchise promotions?

Three people working and took 10 mins before they even realized we were there as all were in the back, mac and cheese dry as hell no butter for rolls and no hot sauce for the chicken. Will never go to this location again and most likely done with kfc period.
