This was a terrible experience.I ordered my food online from this place. They told me the dinner wasn't ready when I got there at 6:35 p.m., even though it was supposed to be delivered at 6:30 p.m. In response to my inquiry about the delay, they assured me that the chicken would be crispy and offered me the option to cancel if I preferred. I'm curious about the difference between the several kinds of customer service that KFC offered and why their staff advised against...
