Little Caesars Pizza

Found a large flying insect in our food. Worker there lied about her name, said she was a manager, acted like we were lying and laughed about the incident. We did not want our money back or a replacement pizza, we were just informing them hoping they would show concern. The insect was definitely cooked on the pizza. When we took it in the real manager he did at least show concern.

No one is expecting little ceasers to be awesome but this place is consistent and exactly what you expect from little ceasers.

I ordered A Crazy Stuffed Crust and didn't get what I ordered, the pepperoni was burnt and the dough was super thin. Definitely not worth $15.00. Will definitely keep going to Dominos instead.

Nothing special here. Just good food at a good price. They are quick. I always order online and it's ready when I get there.

The poor delivery drivers are losing money because of awful management and I’m not satisfied. So, to begin, a family member of mine placed an order for delivery; all was good until we had to an ungodly amount of time for our order. The wait time had seemed unreasonable, so, my mother calls in to ask what went wrong and she was notified about a “robbery” that took place; her oder was “stolen” by the homeless (That’s what the lady on the receiving end claimed). Her order had to be made again and we had to wait for an even longer time than expected. My mother continues to question the staff over the phone and they claim that they’ve “been dealing with the homeless stealing their orders for sometime”; okay, so, whose responsibility is it to make sure the pizzas are being handled with care? It’s YOUR responsibility (I’m referring specifically to the staff in charge of Little Caesar’s Pizza). Then soon afterwards, she begins to blame DoorDash for “not handling the orders properly”? What in the world? Tip, maybe DON’T leave pizza out on the counter unattended? it’s quite simple in retrospective actually. (Also, we didn’t receive any compensation after this incident). You’re better off ordering pizza elsewhere, folks. The staff at this establishment clearly don’t show any dignity for their job or their customers and it shows. They REFUSED to take accountability for their irresponsibility and it’s disgusting. Unrelated but the pizza is never sliced for some odd reason, we always end up having to slice the pizza ourselves.

Alright. I went during New Year’s Eve. Ok. 40 minute wait for 2 pizzas. I get it. The lobby was packed.
Today (3/26/25) I went in and the place was empty. Order one pizza. 25 minute wait. For little ceasers?? I walk in after 10 minutes for thinking surly, it’s done. The employee working asks me what my order was even though there isn’t that many customers. I told him my order. He asked my name like he needed more clarification. Seriously dude? 10 more minutes? For little ceasers is mind boggling. Do not walk in and order. You will be put in a long list of mobile orders and will be treated as such.

Got deep dish peperoni..tasted pretty good...ordered 1 crazy bread with a crazy dipping sauce and 1 cheddar jalapeno dipping sauce. Total was 24$ 1.99 dipping sauce for the cheesy bread wasn't even half filled.. the crazy cheesy bread is still the same price but they needed it...now it's not even half as good as it was but it's the same price...because of coarse it is...the deep dish Detroit peperoni pizza was pretty good...but the rest of the order was not worth it...definitely not worth 24$ for the the crazy cheesy bread and that sauce I was Def disapointed..
