I wouldn’t go anywhere for fried chicken in the high desert. Way better than the traditional competitors. Your chicken is always made to order along with any sides you order. Accordingly, if you place an order on site, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes. I suggest calling ahead or ordering through door dash to avoid an unnecessary waiting. I can’t speak to their seafood options. Their chicken and sides are always on point.

The chicken was seasoned very well, fresh and hot. I wasn’t sure how the sides taste so I stuck with the coleslaw and it was delicious. They have tasty deserts from 27th street bakery in L.A. They included all the needed extras like condiments, forks, spoons and napkins in my bag. It wasn’t busy at all. I think they should have opened closer to Palmdale/395 where there is more traffic. Very clean.
