Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing from start to finish. There was no welcoming vibe when we arrived it honestly felt like we were more of a bother than valued customers. It took almost 30–40 minutes just to have our order taken, and when we finally placed it, the server came back a few minutes later to inform us that they were out of what we ordered. At that point, we decided not to order anything else. On top of that, they don’t offer fountain drinks, only bottled or canned options, which was unexpected. Even though we didn’t end up eating, they still made us pay for a single bottled Coke, and the server didn’t seem concerned that we were unhappy or leaving dissatisfied.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor service and no effort to make things right. Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend or plan to return to.

It was our first time here all the way from San Jose California and the food was great. Marisela our server was very friendly and attentive, her great personality made the experience better. The Jamaica water was perfect. Price was reasonable. Definitely recommend this place.

Service is absolutley terrible, my dad had called to order food through the phone and they refused because they don't accept orders through the phone and they don't have many payment options. They don't have Zelle, the website is unavailable if you want to order online. The food is good and it was my first time trying to order ahead of time to pick up my food but the skinny waitress with the braces was awful at customer service and I did not feel welcome there to buy again. Once they change or better their personel, I'll be a customer again.

The food is very good here.Just don't expect burritos or chicken. We tried the pork tamales, shrimp tacos grilled and fried, and the marlin taco. Marlin was like high end tuna, but I enjoyed it.

Not just that our waitress was not even notified that we were at a table took about 15 minutes for her to come over. The food was cold and not authentic. I went here on Sunday with my family. The food is amazing. We had menudo Blanco with maiz. My kids had sushi and tamales. The food was better then I expected. Started with a café de oya. Yum!! I will definitely be coming back.
