I love Subway. I love their meatball subs and cookies. Some days, I go just for the cookies! The place is very clean and the employees are very nice.

I stopped at this Subway on 7/26/22 on my way to Las Vegas since I took the 14 freeway to Pearblossom highway from Ventura county. The associate who took my orders was super rude and kept rolling her eyes after every sentence. It was super unprofessional and it made me end up going somewhere else to stop and eat. Plus the restaurant was too warm inside too with little to no A/C.

Their vegetables ( cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles ect) always seem to be like they were accidentally frozen and are now being defrosted instead of changed out. Which = mushy slimy gross vegi's ☹️. The staff also trash talk in spanish about customers.

Placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up was told it was picked up by someone else and that was it. With no resolve to fix the situation or get anymore details, they continued to help other customers until I had to “prove” that my order was rightfully mine. I had to show the order details, store address, and proof of charge for them to begrudgingly make my order it seemed. Cherry on top is the person who picked up my order calls while they’re remaking mine to tell them they’re coming back bc they were given the wrong order. Whoever was working the dressing table at the 4:00 PM shift on 9/28/24 need to be trained on how to actually be serviceable to paying customers instead of just restating a problem they caused.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, I’ve order online about 5 times from this location and they charge an extra 2.50$ for avocado and NEVER add it to my sandwich, it would be fine if it’s a once in a while mistake but the purposely don’t put avocado EVERY time I order online, also they do NOT answer phone calls, I’ve tried calling this location multiple times and they just let the phone ring until it hangs up, they also don’t try to contact you when they don’t have something in stock that you ordered , they won’t even tell you about it when you come to pick up your order. If you are ordering from this location be sure you are in the store as they make it or else they make it easy on themselves

I went to Oder 3 sandwiches and the blonde brown hair girl with glasses told me I couldn’t get tomatoes on my sandwich cause she didn’t want to cut any more up also it’s only 735 pm and u can’t cut any more veggies also she had a attitude cause I was using a coupon on top of that I wanted my sandwich a certain way and she proceeded to tell me I made it the way we do it . I was so angry but I bite my tongue and still got my sandwiches and the she was saying my coupon wasn’t working like that’s ur job but I won’t be going back in their I always go in their but she is really rude and my sandwich was sloppy I paid for the sandwiches to be made right . And her attitude was horrible.never again . And I’m done with that subway do better

So I went in there a was ordering my food when the ladie told me that she was going to have to charge me for 2 separate sandwiches because one of them was a foot long and I wanted it cut in half with onions and jalapeños on only half. I explained that I’m a regular customer and I always order it like that. She said it 2 separate sandwiches. I didn’t argue I took my business to the Subway across the street and the were happy to have my business, especially that I pay for extra meat and double portions of Avacado.
What I didn’t understand was why this Subway didn’t want my business if I’m a regular guest. I was eating at this Subway at least 1-2 times a week. I always pay for double meats and Avacado.
It was very obvious this Subway needed the business. At approximately 2:15pm on August 20th Before I walked in I was on a phone call for 10 minutes and there were no customers that whole time. So sad Business is slow and the subway is turning away regular customers.
It’s cool. From now on I will be going to the Subway across the street.
