I was greeted by a lady with a friendly smile that asked me if I wanted a chicken, beef, pork or Rajas tamales. I requested the Rajas tamales not considering whether they were regular heat, mild or spicy. Then, as l looked beyond the counter, the employees seemed focused on needing the cornmeal/masa. l also noticed that the order taker seemed in a rush. She took my order, turn and gathered my tamales. She didn't offer me salsa nor cream for the dry tamales. The tamales were bagged sealed and delivered to me without those essential ingredients. The meal was incomplete. Once at home, I covered the Rajas with salsa without the cream. That's all they needed! A little moisture! The Rajas tamales were delicious! So, don't let my story keep you from visiting Tamaleria Mi Rinconsito. Just remember the salsa and cream. Yummy!

Was very disappointed to find fillers in the chicken tamales,also had special ordered tamales de res only to be told they were out upon my arrival also for price the tamales are a little smaller than the ones I buy off Afelitas tamales who also doesn't use

Got here a little early , the lady was still making her tamales . Never the less, she handed me a fresh dozen red pork , 1 chicken and 1 cheese . By far the best I’ve had in town .

I've been here three times-- the first two times, these were the BEST tamales and the staff was amazing. The tamales had plenty of salsa, a little spicy, and plenty of chicken. They were delicious!! Based on my amazing experience with them, I decided to order three dozen tamales for Christmas Eve. I was so excited because they're THAT good. Well, I tried one and it was PLAIN-- it didn't have a little sauce, it had NONE. I'm Mexican and make these at home and know the process. I know that when cooked, they loose a bit of salsa but there's no way the cooking process makes them plain. There was zero flavor, the chicken had no color, and the entire tamale had ZERO salsa. They were gross. I called them immediately and they were very rude and didn't care to fix the problem. They insinuated I didn't understand the process and also claimed they did have sauce. They refused to listen to someone who is (was) a big fan of their food. This was very stressful as I chose them to make my family's tamales for Christmas! I am now left with a refund and no tamales. I will never be back here!

Stopped in this morning and the wonderful aroma of fresh tamales is filling the air we purchased the corn tamales pork tamales and Chile cheese all which were delicious the masa is moist and flavorful and the fillings on the Chile cheese and the pork are very good.the tamales are a good size and the price is very fair compared to what I have been seeing lately I paid $108 for four dozen so $27 a dozen is fair compared to everybody else who charge $30 or more per dozen.
I’m obsessed my fiancé bought me one and I thought they were delicious so much so that this week I’ve been eating them every day for the past week I know I’m probably going to get sick but I’m obsessed very very good taste like my mothers and that’s some thing I don’t say quite often ..bravo !

Delicious tamales!! I’m just mad that I stupidly only bought 6! Note that this is the new name of the business & the building still has the old name, but it’s the same place, next door to the party store. This is worth going out of your way for!
