I absolutely adored this place ! Food was amazing the pho broth was clean and so tasty :) I loved how small it was inside since I have trouble around big crowded places , this was perfect ! Exquisite ???

The soup is super cold, maybe there is nothing to heat it with, it is very cold and tasteless.

The place wasn't full and the food was super good there was only one guy working there but he did super well especially with it being only him, me and my boyfriend had a lovely quiet date with great boba, pho, and popcorn chicken this place is so underrated and not to expensive definitely try it out!!!

So what's the point of this location? Seriously!? There's the Pholicious down the street literally 10mins away. This location has no rice or noodle entrees only soup and bobo. It's also poor quality compared to the other location and seems like higher prices for some things. They also cheap on the slices of limes but give way to many slices of jalapeno. They should close this location and invest the money they will save into the location on Bear valley. Fix the TV's, get a storage for the ugly spare equipment.

This is a small place right next to a gas station. There is a larger version of the restaurant but this offers exactly what folks need/ are craving. Pho and boba tea drinks!

The pho is absolutely delicious. The broth has a light, yet complex flavor- with clean notes of star anise and cardamom. The brisket is always clean cuts-- not too fatty and perfectly cooked in the heat of the broth -- even when you take it to go. Which by the way, if you wanna stop by and get pho to go the way they pack it up is great because it's all seperate and which the hoisinSriracha sauce, bean sprouts and Thai basil.

The boba drinks are also really good. The boba is perfectly cooked-- the perfect texture and flavor. It's really easy to get bad boba so I appreciate that this place does it right.

I recently tried the Thai tea with boba and it was so good. My usual order is the mango or strawberry matcha latte.

Customer service is great--its usually a Vietnamese lady or a Mexican lady. Both are incredibly polite and quick.

Girl behind the counter is slow didn't not greet me or even know inwas there had to wait over 15 min to order 1 item and then the menu prices are not correct which is false advertisement.

Average taste, location, and price. The price online, and the menu is incorrect. They also add sur-charges for to-go orders fyi.Better to go there for the drinks. If you're craving for pho that will satisfy you, it might be better to go to the actual restaurant(bear Valley Rd) outside of the mall or next to the old movie theater(other side of the hwy)

It i could give a 0 start I would. I ordered my food and the cashier started preparing my food then helped out another customer and when back to prepare my food… NO GLOVES!! He touched my food and the register all with no gloves. I told him what he did and he tried to lie that he didn’t touch the register ( I was standing right in front of the register watching everything). I asked for my money back!! THIS IS Disgusting!!! Will never go back that’s for sure!!!

Hidden gem. Absolutely love this establishment. Family own. They are all very friendly, and were helpful and informative with all items and drinks on menu. Highly recommend the honeydew milk tea with boba.

The pho is good. Everything is homemade even the meatballs. However, there is no ice water and baby/toddler seats if you're planning to bring a little one. They have tendon and triple here as I got the number 1 special. I thought the broth could have been hotter but it was warm. I was hoping they had turned their AC on a little cooler bc I was consuming hot broth. They have cool drinks here and they were prettu good. Restroom is for in patron diners only and needs a code. They had this bomb spicy sate chili oil and the owner (assumed) said was homemade.

Service real good so is the food but the place us not clean or walls are dirty and slingback are the tables and the napkin holder was very dirty floors are a littke dirty considering how the outside is i dont wanna imagine kitchen
But truly the foot is good and so is the service but it just needs work NO HATE ! Just a costumers opinion. But I forgot to mention their wasn't any seat covers or toilet paper ? but again just an opinion

This place takes forever on your orders. You could order ahead and call in your order ahead of time but they won't start actually making your order until you physically get there for some reason. Made a pick up order for 3:06pm and it wasn't ready until approximately 4:30pm
