I called ahead to ask whether, if I purchased a triple scoop, I could receive two little cups on the side. The very kind gentleman I spoke with on the phone said he could accommodate this one time.
When I arrived at the store, the middle aged Hispanic woman at the front with glasses (she said she was in charge I believe her name is Ortisia) told me she was going to charge me for the extra cups. I explained that I had called beforehand and was told it would be okay, but she said it didn’t matter because she was in charge. She then asked why I didn’t just buy three single scoops instead, which felt unnecessary and dismissive.
I told her that if I hadn’t called ahead, I would understand being charged, but since I was given different information before coming in, it didn’t make sense for it to change upon arrival. Her response was, “You can just pay the 10 cents each cup, it’s not that big of a deal.”
The issue wasn’t the cost — it was her extremely rude, degrading, and unprofessional attitude. What should have been a simple and enjoyable visit became unnecessarily stressful. I rarely leave reviews, but this interaction left me feeling unsettled and very disappointed.

I want to buy the Dubai chocolate bar ice cream. It is horrible. Do not go to this place. They’re ripping you off. They’re not actually giving you the right product. They’re just giving you pistachio ice cream dipped in chocolate. I’ve been to the one in Burbank. I’ve been to the one in Monrovia. They’re doing it right they’re doing it with the crispy Product that’s supposed to go inside. This Baskin-Robbins is charging you the $10 for literally dipping pistachio ice cream, cream and chocolate that’s it. I am so angry. They should not be doing this to people you get home. You try to eat your dessert and it literally snake oil.

I got the pistachio almond and nutty coconut. The pistachio almond is a solid flavor but the nutty coconut was my favorite. They were stacked on a cake cone and it was a great snack.
I’ll definitely come back during these hot summer days & try the other flavors.

I gave this Baskin-Robbins 3-stars because the person that helped me was more busy trying to pick up a boy than focusing on our order. It took a while then when I left and looked at my order I noticed that the flavor vanilla was like a tan color. She wound up giving me mocha. I didn't pick it up right away because I had cookies and cream too on top. It is hard to find this ice cream shop. It is basically across from Vons.
