Their ice cream is good but I've never felt inclined to leave a review until my experience last night. I went in to order a shake for my boyfriend who hasn't been feeling well. There was a pretty large group of kids in there and a couple of their parents, maybe 12 people total. I have anxiety and ended up feeling very overwhelmed and had to step out until they all left. I went back in and tried to keep my composure but started having a bit of a panic attack. Right as I was trying to order I started crying a little bit and I apologized. The young, dark haired girl working was very compassionate and kept asking me if I needed water or anything, and kept making sure I was okay. In a moment like that where I felt so helpless (and very embarrassed), her kindness made all the difference, so thank you! Also, I asked for his shake to be made on the thicker side and it turned out perfect.

I came in with a bunch of kids. After they had their ice cream they were thirsty, so I asked for a few cups of water. They said they don't give cups of water. So I bought a bottle of water and asked for a few cups to split it up. They said no again. It's ridiculous that I could spend $30 here and they can't give me a few cups. Poor customer service.

This place does not have a fresh ice cream. I went in here a little over a week ago, and was greatly shocked to see that their freezer case on the left of the shop was covered in ice on the outside. This is like old frostbit ice. You can even see it from outside if you drive by in your car. That's absolutely unacceptable and most likely a health code violation. My bf worked at Carls Jr and told me that they had to clean the outside of their machines daily to prevent frost-bit ice like that from forming. To be honest, we both felt sick after eating just 1 scoop of ice cream each from here, both different flavors and to top it off, his cone was completely stale.

This is one of our favorite local spots to come. I'm not sure why reviews are so mixed, but it's an ice cream store with typical ice cream store service. If you love baskin Robbins flavors, you get them all here. They also have cakes and pints to purchase to take home. The store is clean, and in the two dozen times we have been here, the staff is always helpful and courteous. My kids are always happy campers when they get this treat!Their favorites are bubble gum flavor and wild and wreckless. My favorites are always peanut butter chocolate or jamoca (anything coffee flavored).

Most salient fact: 99.2% of the time they have Pink Bubblegum Ice Cream (hardly any other B&R can make this claim). How can anyone not give this place 5 stars? To start, the serve ice cream... 31 gosh darn flavours of it! The interior is nothing to write home (or even a Yelp review) about, and it could do with some updating, but you don't come for the ambiance, you come for delicious ice cream. Sure, it's not gourmet, but when it comes to ice cream you reach a point where making it "better" is pretty much gilding the lilly. Very friendly staff, reliable master ice cream cake makers, and they almost always have Pink Bubblegum. In short, this location serves up happiness in a cone (or cup).

Solid spot on a hot day to get two scoops of delicious ice cream.I got the pistachio almond and nutty coconut. The pistachio almond is a solid flavor but the nutty coconut was my favorite. They were stacked on a cake cone and it was a great snack.I’ll definitely come back during these hot summer days & try the other flavors.

I gave this Baskin-Robbins 3-stars because the person that helped me was more busy trying to pick up a boy than focusing on our order. It took a while then when I left and looked at my order I noticed that the flavor vanilla was like a tan color. She wound up giving me mocha. I didn't pick it up right away because I had cookies and cream too on top. It is hard to find this ice cream shop. It is basically across from Vons.

The lady preparing my treat today was not wearing gloves. It's unacceptable. This is a food establishment, and you can't run a cash register and then prepare the food - in this case my ice cream cone, without wearing gloves.

I work full time during the week but on the weekends I love to get ice cream to rewards myself for all of my hard work. I have been helped multiple times by a young women named Kylie. She is always very polite and helpful. I believe that she represents Baskin Robins very well. This store has great costumer service
