This is our new go-to in Conejo Valley. We love great food and have only a few places we will go again and again.. This place just made the list! Fresh food, insane house-made salsa bar w fresh roasted jalapeños, limes, freshly made chips . I love the fish tacos. My husband goes for the fajitas. Great owner, great service, great food!

Very nice team. Great food. Really good. Each of us had variousfajitas. Shrimp was really tasty and was told the chicken was very tender. Large portion. Good salsa bar.
I definitely recommend. Would be nice if the price of fajitas were a little less expensive. Felt like there was a10% tariff

I’m in the plumbing industry and i have to say this was a nice little spot to eat some tacos and have a bruski! I enjoyed it a lot, i had to handle phone calls but they still managed to give great service and were attentive too everyone in the same manner. Color doesn’t matter and english isn’t a problem!

Great food

I eat a lot of Mexican food and living in Agoura over 20 years it has always baffled me as to why there isn’t a decent Mexican place to eat. Yes, I’ve tried the other options. Because of this, I learned how to make many Mexican dishes.
Well last week I found Blue Agave and this place is for real.
For a New Mexican place I usually go bean and cheese burrito. If you can’t do that right, you’ll be closing soon. Like a deli that can’t make a blt.
This time I went vegetarian burrito and it was a great choice. Big burrito, plenty of fillings and I had to finish next day. Since, cheese enchiladas, shredded hard shell chicken tacos beans, rice and probably some of the best chile verde I’ve had in a very long time.
I am thrilled to say we have a legit Mexican place here in Agoura! Do yourself a favor next time you want Mexican for either breakfast, lunch or dinner and find your way to Blue Agave.

Easily the best tacos in the Agoura/Thousand Oaks area. Authentic Mexican food with menu items that are hard to find anywhere else. Super friendly staff as well.

Agoura Hills is lucky to have Blue Agave! My first visit was for Taco Tuesday. Such great prices and then the food was so excellent. I got the vegetarian burrito smothered with green sauce. It's been a long time since I had such a delicious burrito. Service is so wonderful and welcoming. My husband and I will be back next week. Everyone come support this new local business that is done top to bottom so well!

Great tacos and service

We had breakfast with our friends .. this place is just delicious! Authentic Mexican food. We had chilaquiles, torta ahogada and delicious menudo. I really recommend this place!!

The food is amazing! Their chips are fresh and crunchy! Not stale at all, their salsa selection is the best i’ve had in a mexican restaurant. From the most mild to the hottest, they are all so flavorful and the hottest one isnt too hot that its over bearing! The meat is well seasoned. We got the carne asada fries and ive never seen any restaurant be so generous with the sour cream and quacamole! This place isnt skimpy at all and the portions are huge!!! Their aguas frescas were also made in house and not from that jose ole machine you see in most places. The horchata has that real rice/cinnamon flavor and it was nice and refreshing! Service was great! The woman working the register was very kind and gave a nice warm inviting energy. The establishment is clean and the restrooms were as well! I live 2 hours away but I will most definitely be back whenever I’m in the area! I would love to try more of their menu items! Maybe the chilaquiles next? Cant wait! I hope this location prospers and thrives!

The chorizo super burrito here was fantastic! The staff were very nice and all the food I had was great! I'll definitely be back in the future.
