Pretty good quality-price ratio. 75 dollars for 6 people, grilled chicken, burritos, salad, beans, corn etc..., the same as in San Francisco for 4 HotDog with potatoes and water. The staff is very attentive and also understands Spanish. It's very nice. We will be back

We went for lunch and the workers could not be bothered by us.....we were waiting to order and were told to do it on the kiosk....I said I don't want to use that can I order please....she just looked at us and rolled her eyes then slowly made her way over to us????Is customer service not supposed to be part of the experience???who wants to spend money at an establishment that does not want to take your order....then my husband went back to order something else for road.....the girl Named Dayana just stared at him???? HE had to call her over to take the order...what looks to be the manager was also here ..so he obviously sees what is happening??? we will not be coming back to this location on Kanan Westlake
They are cutting down on portions, after receiving a 1/2 size burrito I asked for normal size burrito. They told me that it was normal size without even looking! Management is absolutely terrible!!

I love El Pollo Loco! They have such a variety of food. You can get chicken, salads, tacos, BRC Burrito, Tostada Salad. Rice, Beans, Mac and Cheese, and Churros!!!! It's healthy!!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!! I would eat it everyday, if I could! ?
