The food at IHOP here in Agoura Hills, on Kanan Road, always hits the sweet spot for me. This is the location I used to come to for so many Sunday breakfasts with my family when I was growing up in Agoura Hills. Going back now, even though I no longer live in the area, kind of feels like coming home. When I was younger, I was all about the pancakes with strawberries and bananas, but these days I'm more into the Chicken Fajita Omelette because that's my go-to breakfast at IHOP. This time, I ordered the chicken fajita omelette with no tomatoes (of course). For my side, I sometimes get toast, but this time I went with hash browns and a side of ranch. My son got the Happy Face chocolate chip pancake topped with strawberries and whipped cream to make the smile, along with two scrambled eggs. As for my drink, I went with coffee over ice. I don't like my coffee too sweet, so I just add a couple creamers with no sugar. The service here is always top-notch. If you need anything, just ask your server and they're always happy to help. I've never had a single issue with the service at this location. The ambience is what you'd expect from a family-friendly breakfast spot and it also it looks like any other IHOP, but because it's in Agoura Hills, it has a slightly nicer feel. Would I recommend this IHOP to anyone? Absolutely 100%. I'm pretty sure they're open 24 hours, though these days I'm never awake early enough to get there before 9 AM (especially now that I have kids). I'll definitely keep coming back to this IHOP because it feels like my home away from home and brings back great breakfast memories with the family.

This IHOP is great. Every time we are there, all servers are incredibly kind and friendly! I always get the gluten free pancakes, sausages, and hash browns.

Our waitress tonight was, Alondra. Sweet young lady with a constant smile. Checked on us at least 4 times during our over an hour visit. Very accommodating and cordial. Other franchise IHOP'S need some hard core lessons from this Agoura Location. We live above Topanga cyn and Mulholland. We purposely drive to this location. The one closest to us needs to shut down.
Thank you Ms. Alondra for your sweetness.

First of all, the server Pedro is the best in the game. So friendly and courteous. Great American breakfast food!

I had never really been to IHOP much before moving to this area, and I guess I had figured all chain restaurants were the same. But when I randomly brought my daughters here for breakfast one Saturday, it immediately became our weekly tradition! I can’t speak for all IHOPs, but this one has the friendliest staff and consistently great food. Love that it’s part of our community!

Friendly staff. Fast service initially, a bit long of a wait for our main meal. Then again, they seemed pretty swamped. Classic IHOP experience.

I have never waited so long for food in my entire life, pedrio is a little lair and he told me my food was coming and it’s been 30 mins now and I have no food. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT COME HERE. I heard other people complaining aswell so I know it’s not just me
