I came into this location around 4:20 PM september 7th with a friend. My friend asked to use the restroom and was allowed without issue. A few minutes later, I asked the same thing and the woman at the counter, in a rude tone, told me it was “for customers only.” The difference is my friend is white, and I am not. The inconsistent treatment made me feel singled out and discriminated against.
If a business has a “customers only” policy, it should be applied equally to everyone. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures all customers are treated with fairness and respect

I try to refrain from going to fast foods places but my associate and I still had a long drive and had an early morning flight to catch in the morning; So, the choice was a quick Burger on the run. We selected the “Bacon Double Smashed Jack”; I have to admit that it was one of the best burgers I ate! Highly recommended!

We had a really romantic midnight at jack in the box on the bench outside...thanks for being 24 hours open...we had a black coffee and mini churros...so desirable and delicious...thanks to the staff 🌹👏🇺🇸
