Don’t ever come here to eat , the restaurant is so terrible, no rest room, no drinking water and over charge a lot

I can't say enough about this place—it's truly exceptional. The food is amazing, but the people make it even better. The setting feels so warm and inviting, like you're right at home. The menu is huge, offering just about anything you could want, and Chef Chang is incredible—he'll even whip up custom dishes tailored to your tastes. Kim, the host, is the sweetest and most gracious person you'll ever meet. This is simply a wonderful establishment in every way.

Chinese fusion food at its finest!! Mandarin Lotus is by far one of the best and most unique restaurants anywhere in this area west of LA. If you’re wanting to try food you’ve never had before (that is actually VERY good and works super well), this is the place! The ultimate foodie heaven! Ever wanted to try chocolate with shrimp and have it actually taste good?? Or how about lavender honey blueberry pork? Or Korean pear puree chicken? They have this and so much more! Perhaps one of the biggest menus I’ve ever seen!! The lady working there shows so much pride in her food, gives wonderful recommendations, and isn’t afraid to tell you what is good and what isn’t. Be sure to ask her if she would recommend what you’re ordering! They have excellent soups, appetizers, and if you order a lot, will usually always throw something in for free. The rice is excellent, breading on fried dishes is perfect, and sauces all turn out so well. They have excellent gluten-free options as well, which is amazing because it’s hard to find gluten-free Chinese food anywhere! Give this place a shot because they absolutely deserve your business!

The Thai noodles with the masala sprinkled over it makes it a great vegetarian option!

Family run local Chinese restaurant with varied pan-Asian menu. Warm, friendly service by the owners, who guided us to dishes that suited our tastes. Far superior to typical neighborhood places. The chicken was moist, the vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the white garlic sauce added flavor without being overpowering. Definitely will return.

Vegetarian options: Extensive vegetarian menu.

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to allergies.

I cannot rate this restaurant any higher! This was our first time and will not be our last. Hands down the best Chinese food I have had in my life. Far exceeded all expectations. Very nice people too. We ordered a bunch of food from all over the menu but the special holiday jumbo prawns was a favorite of us all. I am so happy to have leftovers too and excited to enjoy later! THANK YOU!

The reviews on here have got to be fake. Unfortunately, my husband and I were duped by them.We were visiting the area and decided to eat here because of the reviews. Simply put, this was the worst dining experience of our lives. Overpriced. Greasy. We got the "famous Kelsey Grammar" dish. There was no chicken, just thin fried breading that tasted like rotten fish. We couldn't get our money back. We cut our losses and spent way too much money for this experience. Please, PLEASE, don't be fooled. Everyone in that building was unhappy with the food and the service. You've been warned!

This is a great little place for folks looking for not only great food but a ton of awesome vegan options too! There's entire sections of the menu to provide an array of non-meat options! Plant-based not your thing? No worries cause thier carnivore options are equally comprehensive and the owners are attentitive and sweet folks ?

Words cannot capture the feeling one has when meeting the sweet couple who bring so much love, joy, creativity and care into each intersection. The food is unbelievable. Truly, cannot believe it until you see this creative menu. Then it comes out as an art piece and the taste transports you. I drive 1.5hrs each way every time to dine here and is the place to bring my most special friends and family to experience. Such a treasure.

Here visiting the area and really wanted some fresh vegetables and a healthy meal. I took one glance at the menu and knew I would find something. What I was not prepared for was an experience beyond my expectations. This is not your typical Chinese restaurant. Dan and Kim have created a cozy space where you feel at home, comfortable, and somehow also still fine dining. The service was phenomenal Kim greeted us promptly and seated us with a brief overview of their specialties. We ordered the Basil Taiwanese mixed vegetables and was not disappointed. The veggies were properly seasoned with a light sauce and served with rice. The flavors balanced well with the cabbage, broccoli, carrots, onions, beets, water chestnuts, squash and rice. I felt rejuvenated after finishing the plate. We also ordered the Strawberry Peach shrimp and again I was wowed. Never had I had such a complementary pair. We even joked maybe we should move to the neighborhood so we can come back. Definitely gonna have to return.

Visiting family for the week while travelling from Kenya, we decided to stop by after a late geocaching session. Upon entry, we were welcomed by the friendliest hostess who guided us through a menu that is a perfect mix of authentic and fusion cuisine. Each of us in our party of 4 was paired with a unique dish and accompanying drink- and they were spot on! You would fully understand why all the celebrity photos are mounted on the walls when the first meals arrive: proper fine dining quality presentation. We started with a soup, some spring rolls, ridiculously delicious rice and a mains, a perfectly brewed (fresh!) iced tea. Then had the best sesame-soy dessert that was a perfect balance of savoury and sweet. This honestly is one of the best places we've eaten at and we wish we could come back again (and again!).
