Literally the nicest service ever.
Kim was welcoming, full of smiles, conversational, and generous with the food.
Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Quality food!! Amazing ingredients and no oils. Two days here in a row!
We had dinner in this restaurant last night. What a terrible experience. Not recommended at all. There were no waiters as only the husband&wife were running the place, so the service was extremely slow. The husband was cooking, and the wife was helping in the kitchen, taking orders&serving food. For appetiser, we ordered Argentinian dumplings, which were burned, and shrimp rolls that were tasteless. For the main course, we ordered Kung Pao Beef, which barely contained any meat. It was only onion&bell pepper. The Szechuan chicken, which had the tiniest pieces of chicken, was filled with broccoli, carrots, and of course onions. We ordered steam rice and she totally forgot to bring it and never apologised for it. She served only bottled water ($3 each). We were not charged the prices that were listed on the menu but totally different&higher ones because we wanted our main course to be a bit spicier. ($4-5 higher because of extra pepper). A true rip off. I'm extremely disappointed. PANDA EXPRESS would have been tastier with better service.
Absolutely obsessed with this place! My family and I are basically on a first-name basis with the takeout menuâwe order every week like it's a sacred ritual. Portions arenât massive, so donât expect leftovers for your imaginary friendâtheyâre perfectly sized for one (aka: no sharing, back off). Everything is made fresh to order, and itâs SO good. This isnât some cookie-cutter chain restaurantâitâs a mom-and-pop masterpiece. Ms. Kim, youâre a total gemâthank you for always treating us like family and feeding us like royalty.
The best Chinese food EVER!!! Itâs a MUST!!
1 Star - Terrible Experience
We came here based on the 4.3 rating but had a really bad experience. They donât offer regular waterâonly bottled. When we asked to make our food spicy, the waitress (Kim) said thereâd be an extra charge.
We ordered Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Chickenâboth had barely any meat and were loaded with onions. It felt like we were just eating onions and rice. I asked for hot sauce, and after I used some, Kim rudely told me I took too much and took the bottle away.
There was no service, no courtesy, and the attitude was awful. After reading more reviews at home, we noticed others also mentioned fake-looking positive reviews. Definitely not going back.
Terrible Experience â Misleading Prices and Poor Service
My wife and I decided to try this place based on the good reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We came with our toddler and were surprised to find they didnât have a high chairâsomething weâve never encountered at a sit-down restaurant. It was inconvenient but manageable.
The pricing on the menu is misleading. Thereâs a $3 upcharge on every dish during dinner hours, which isnât clearly stated. To make matters worse, we were told it would cost $2â$3 extra just for more spice. We love spicy food but refused to pay extra for something thatâs typically standard at any restaurant.
Another red flag: they donât serve regular waterâonly bottled, which feels like a forced charge. We ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Each dish had 5 tiny pieces of meat buried under a mountain of onions. It felt like we paid $49 to eat vegetables and rice.
To top it off, a server made my wife uncomfortable by commenting, âWow, you took so much,â after she used a normal amount of hot sauce. Completely uncalled for. The waitress even gave us a sob story about the restaurantâs expensesâas if that justifies the poor value and bad service.
This was the worst dining experience weâve ever had. We left feeling frustrated, ripped off, and honestly confused how this place has so many good reviews. Shame on them.
My favorite restaurant and not just for their amazing food , Dan and Ms Kim are amazing!!
I felt like royalty here. The food is phenomenal, and treatment like no other. They even sent me home with an orchid from their display. Such kind and generous people. I wish I lived closer and could go more!
Donât ever come here to eat , the restaurant is so terrible, no rest room, no drinking water and over charge a lot

I can't say enough about this placeâit's truly exceptional. The food is amazing, but the people make it even better. The setting feels so warm and inviting, like you're right at home. The menu is huge, offering just about anything you could want, and Chef Chang is incredibleâhe'll even whip up custom dishes tailored to your tastes. Kim, the host, is the sweetest and most gracious person you'll ever meet. This is simply a wonderful establishment in every way.

Chinese fusion food at its finest!! Mandarin Lotus is by far one of the best and most unique restaurants anywhere in this area west of LA. If youâre wanting to try food youâve never had before (that is actually VERY good and works super well), this is the place! The ultimate foodie heaven! Ever wanted to try chocolate with shrimp and have it actually taste good?? Or how about lavender honey blueberry pork? Or Korean pear puree chicken? They have this and so much more! Perhaps one of the biggest menus Iâve ever seen!! The lady working there shows so much pride in her food, gives wonderful recommendations, and isnât afraid to tell you what is good and what isnât. Be sure to ask her if she would recommend what youâre ordering! They have excellent soups, appetizers, and if you order a lot, will usually always throw something in for free. The rice is excellent, breading on fried dishes is perfect, and sauces all turn out so well. They have excellent gluten-free options as well, which is amazing because itâs hard to find gluten-free Chinese food anywhere! Give this place a shot because they absolutely deserve your business!

The Thai noodles with the masala sprinkled over it makes it a great vegetarian option!

Family run local Chinese restaurant with varied pan-Asian menu. Warm, friendly service by the owners, who guided us to dishes that suited our tastes. Far superior to typical neighborhood places. The chicken was moist, the vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the white garlic sauce added flavor without being overpowering. Definitely will return.
Vegetarian options: Extensive vegetarian menu.
Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to allergies.
