The lady cook is weird. I noticed she has an upset mother type attitude, where she gets smart and “if you add on a dollar worth of steak you’re gonna get a dollar worth of steak” type deal, the bad attitude makes it worse so mix of that plus downsizing all the other ingredients to justify the lack of effort. Cashiers pick and choose who they help and who they dont, they ignore you if you need anything from behind the counter, just a horrible place with horrible employees

For the past 7 years now, we have NEVER had our order correct. Delivery or pick up, doesn’t matter. We don’t get fast food often, but sometimes you just crave Taco Bell! I’m always disappointed in this location. You guys are making $20/hr now, maybe it’s time to prove you deserve it! If you can’t get a simple fast food order correct, you DEFINITELY don’t deserve $20/hr!! It’s not rocket science! I hate to say it, but this was my last time giving this location a chance. I’d rather drive a little further than deal with this.

Ignored me. Didn't help or take my order at front cash register. Was told by another costumer I must order at the kiosk. I needed to substitute my sour cream for Guacamole. So, I went up to the counter after ordering , made it clear I had something I needed to ask them/tell the employees... Looked at me, no expression, ignored me. I told them to cancel my order. So disappointing. Will never come back here

I spend around $30 2 chalupas were just a bit warm and 2 were cold and crunchy like cookies
I have been to other taco bell and chalupas are usually hot and soft .
The salsas are not out.
