Vincitore Italian Restaurant

I'm gonna keep it simple. We ordered 7 dishes.. they were all inedible. Imagine pizza with not once since brown spot from cooking.. just cheese.. barely melted and way too thick. Imagine 3 chicken dishes where u can barely cut the chicken with your knife and 100% can't cut threw it with your teeth. Service matched the food. When we left with 7 full plates on the table no one even asked if we want to take the food or if there was an issue... because they knew it was garbage. I'm not exaggerating or hating.. I do not know how you stay open. Period. U owe me my money and evening back...

Yesterday, I had an unforgettable lunch at Vincitore Restaurant in Agoura. The Italian food was exceptional, and the service was impeccable. The owner, Kamran, personally took our order, served our meal, and surprised us with a delicious tiramisu. It was the best dining experience I’ve ever had!

Last night, I topped the day off with a Door Dash order from Kamran’s other restaurant, “Spumoni,” in Newbury Park. I enjoyed the “Linguine Alle Vongole” pasta with fresh manilla clams, roasted garlic in white wine sauce. It was so good!

I like this hotel. Decent price, right in the center.

Hard to love this place when they get your order wrong and won't correct it.

We had a member of our party get the special of the night. The pasta was cooked in water without salt. To compensate the accompanying sauce was hyper salty.

There weren't any other technical flaws with the food. It was otherwise acceptable.

The head waiter seemed impatient. Almost as if we were an annoyance.

Unfortunately it will be a pass for me. After three visits today is what sealed the deal. To the restaurant owner/manager:

You serve each and every customer who sits at a table in your restaurant. Your restaurant isn’t a diner. It’s a restaurant where people should be able to enjoy their meal and be ABLE to hold a conversation. Tonight wasn’t the case. A group of your customers, adults, with young kids, have absolutely destroyed the evening for everyone at your place. Parents yelling at their kids and having conversations above customary levels (you know, use your inside voice?). Their kids walking over benches, climbing on edges of the booths. Yeah. Epic parental failure, entitlement, you name it. Mom kept yelling over to calm the kids down who had no care in a world.

As I was leaving your establishment, one of the loud patrons decided to address the fact that I spoke, yes, spoke with a smile and got her level, to one of the girls, that she shouldn’t walk on benches people sit on, in a RESTAURANT, none of your employees intervene.

I mean epic failure on management, and to the parent having their meal with beyond loud conversations, shame on you. Parenting isn’t about having kids, it’s about raising them. And we weren’t the only people leaving the restaurant with disappointment and disturbed by the fact that you allowed your kids to ruin evening for everyone there.

Just because you’re loud, it doesn’t make you right.

Great food, cozy vibe. They have a vegan menu available which is great.

Probably the best Italian food I have ever had. Very generous portions and flavor’s galore! The calamari fried to perfection and lightly breaded.

Fish that was on special of the day was not fresh. They exchanged it for something else.

Absolutely amazing place!! The vegan menu is delicious and full of lots of different items like vegan pizza, vegan eggplant parm and vegan bruschettas and many more. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was amazing. We will absolutely be coming back!
