Super disappointed in Cinema Grill and their service. My husband and I use to come here often and the service is never good. There is a younger man and young women who have absolute zero people skills. They look at us as if we have five heads coming out of one. Never check up on us after giving us a meal. We would have to try to chase one down just to ask for something. And instead of asking “oh how’s the food, or “if we need anything” they just stare from a distance and turn away. The service used to be better before these people came. I don’t know if someone new owns the restaurant but service sucks completely and hopefully they’ll train these people better. You choose to work in the service field, so why not do your job? Anyways the food always good, just bad service.

The pros:- There was a talented band playing.- My partner's Chicken Buddha Bowl was great. The not-so-good:- Service was SLOW all around. There must have been a staffing issue, as there were tons of empty tables, but it took 15 minutes to get seated even though no one else was waiting. It took a crazy long time to order and receive food.- No one checked on us after our food was delivered, and we couldn't seem to get anyone's attention to order drinks or get water refills.- When ordering, I asked if the steak salad had onions. Our server said "if it's not listed on the description, no." Well, onions were not listed as an ingredient on the menu description, but the salad arrived with tons of diced red onions. The steak was cold and overcooked. Worst of all, the whole dish had an odd fish flavor to it that was extremely off-putting.Overall, a disappointing experience.

I’ve been here a few times but I went for brunch this time. I had the Nutella French toast, it was sweet but really good.

Brunch food was mediocre at best. Forgot stuff, ran out of multiple things, just skip it for brunch. Waitress was nice but man not very good food.

Ordered the chicken slider’s with chips. This was a 1 star meal, chips were all burnt and bitter so couldn’t be eaten. Sliders were bland and the chicken was rubbery.

It's a fantastic venue. Convenient, polite, inviting staff, great management, and wonderful house bands. I would love to program a night of sophisticated nostalgic jazz & blues music for an appreciative mature crowd.Parking: After business hours, free garage parking.

They've messed up our order both times we tried to order from this place. The first time they completely lost our order and caused us to miss part of the movie. The second time they gave me fries instead of chips and charged me an extra $2 when I was really needing the crunchy side. I paid more for something I didn't want and didn't get something I not only paid for but paid extra for. The fries were also the worst fries I can remember eating and the sandwich was mediocre at best. If ordering for in theater eating, you also pay and tip first, which I'm done with. This nonsense has happened too many times and isn't worth it. Done with any restaurant who asks for a tip before service, especially when they mess up consistently like this place. Don't bother
