So delicious
New food spin on old traditional breakfast/lunch restaurant in Alameda! I enjoyed my delicious super burrito and took back to the hovel a “create your own” pupusa (with spinach and chicken) & trio of tamales for my husband! Enjoyed watching the photo of your other dishes on the TV while eating my burrito! Wow!
Great tortas and popusas very quaint definitely a mom and pop front
Amazing food. Large portions. Good coffee. House made salsa was spicey and delicious.
Quiet unassuming diner. Seems to be under new ownership but they've retained most of the old dishes and added some Mexican food and TVs. Great breakfast place.
It used to be really good now its ok
I had the Fried Platanos with beans and crema, and a Papusa with pork and cheese! Sooooooooo goood!
Id call it more of a diner than a cafe, kinda an old school vibe. I liked it though, the breakfast burrito was tasty.
I was waiting for my haircut appointment at Al's barber shop down the street. I was craving some breakfast. Albert's cafe has been around since the beginning. It's a simple and classic breakfast spot. Whenever I go, they're on point.
The best pupusas I have eaten in the Bay Area. Had the chicharon and cheese pupusas, both amazing. The tacos are very good as well.

The food was okay. I do not like the atmosphere it was too crowded
Excellent Food, Good service, and conveniently located on Webster.
Great food excellent service, interesting menu
The food was good, I would recommend the Mexican Hippie omelette.
'Old School' diner with a Mexian flair. I'll be going back.
