I ordered a big banger burger and they gave it to me dry without sauce and didnt let me know they had ran out of sauce... would of asked for refund but didnt want to feel like a Karen but that was the only reason I had ordered was for the sauce.

Today December 23, I coming to eat with a good friend and her son , from the beginning the manager was so rude at the end when a was going to pay, definitely this person is not in the right place to work also I asked for Caesar Salad it was full of dressing and they game me a full container of dressing so it was more dressing than salad

We went to this location for the 14.99 apps special and unfortunately our server a young lady told us that was not available as it wasn’t something she was unfamiliar with and she didn’t bother to ask anyone. She was also not aware of the 9.99 big meal with the smash burger. She did ask for confirmation once I questioned her competence. This was a horrible experience and honestly made us never return as it was upsetting to watch other around us get the service we were lacking

We celebrated my nephew's birthday here with a party of 7. The seating wait was reasonable for our large group. Our server was friendly and the staff did an awesome job making him feel special for his birthday.
However, service had some issues - entrees arrived before appetizers, and my sister-in-law received the wrong order. The server was pleasant, but the timing and accuracy could have been better.
Good for the birthday celebration, but the service execution needs improvement for large parties.

Came in at 1. Ordered the 2 for $25. We got our appetizers in a timely manner, but then 45 minutes passed by with no entrees, everyone else who came in after us got their food quickly. At this point, I just asked for the check. They only took off $15. This means they charged us full price for the appetizers ($11) and that the entrees are only worth $7 each? That makes no sense. They ripped us off.

Today December 9, 2025, we were at the restaurant from 9 to 11, the service was a mess, waitress and staff were yelling each other across the restaurant, somebody in the kitchen a woman, was yelling and crying and talking about problems with other members of the staff, then they left their positions and abandoned ll the clients, and gathered together in table, this is the first time this happened at this restaurant, the staff really needs customer service training Horrible experience

Very nice place but the food came to me when they wanted to take it apart that I noticed that the managers a boy and another girl playing with the employees and my food did not arrive and then between them manager kissing I don't understand how the managers instead of setting an example make the scandal it's not the first time I see that the managers are touching and kissing and screaming they should put good rules and they shouldn't work couples because they start kissing they should do it at home 😒😒😒

Been coming here for years and it’s been pretty ok for the most part. I came in on 11/20/25 and the restaurant was semi busy but it was an issue with the greeter getting folks seated. It was unorganized and the original greeter disappeared and this guy comes to help and has no idea who’s next but he got us seated. It took a good 15 to 20 minutes before a server even came to the section but once she did she was nice and did well. I tried the grilled cheese cheeseburger with mashed potatoes and I didn’t like the sweet tasting sauce they put on the sandwich as I like my burger savory. The meat was bland also but the mashed potatoes was decent. If you try this new item I’d say tell them to put the sauce on the so you can taste it first to see if you actually like it.

The service was extremely slow. Our server was friendly, but everything took way too long. The food was decent. It's an ok place to stop and drink if you're getting your own drinks from the bar and have all the time in the world. The food takes a long time to arrive, and our check took forever to show up as well.
