Apparently if you give the restaurant a bad review you’re banned to go back there. I went back to the restaurant today and the manager told me I could not eat there anymore due to a review that was written from my google profile so now they are refusing services. Very professional ;)

AYCE deal was pretty good but they only let you get served one main at a time so you have to be patient 🙏

Let me tell you man, walking into a restaurant, Ready to eat and our host was not talkative , he seemed ready to get off work and stop dealing with people, then our server was nice but once ordered food, my wife gave a small screech and I turned around and there was a RAT! Running under the POS system near the back corner. Thus is not made up because the funny part was one of the latina servers working locked eyes with us as she also had a disgusted face on. She walked away embarrassed and talked to someone about it. We left before our food arrived but let our server know the reason. Hopefully you guys can get that situated man cu if rats are comfortable enough to run around people that means it's been going on for a while.

Unfriendly service. Long wait times. Dinner delivered by another server. Never saw our server again until we asked yet another server for the check. Left cash on the table for the bill. Bus girl stared at us as we were leaving and even after we left. Very strange. Will not be returning.

Been going to this place since they first opened years ago. Food hasn’t changed much, better than most, in my opinion. Service has declined through the years but today’s experience was the worse so far. Food was late, take out food took forever but it was the waitress’s attitude that stood out. She didn’t take her time to speak with us and at least explain why the food was late but it was her talking to us and walking away while still talking that was so offensive. This happened not once but a few times when she visited our table. That was just plain rude!

Sat down hoping for a quick meal after work. No server came to take a drink order. Clicked the call button on the table after 10 minutes or so and still no server showed up. We decided to walk out after about 20 minutes with no acknowledgement.

I come here all the time. I ordered a glass of wine at the bar and there was lipstick stains all over it. I reordered another glass and still there was lipstick stains all over it. Maria (with her nasty attitude says to me, you can say it nicely). How many times does a customer have to say, please make sure the glass is clean? She was not nice and professional. Instead she should have just apologized and corrected the issue by wiping the top of the glass when cleaning it.
We ordered 2 meals at the same time. One came out in 10-15 minutes. I waited, then asked someone to check on my meal and nobody came back to the table. A few minutes later, which was about 20-25 minutes from the original order, I asked someone else to check on my meal. The server came back and said the kitchen was slow. The meals were ordered at 1:30 pm and now it was almost 2pm. They wanted to know, if I wanted to order the meal. I said to take it off the bill, as my companion finished her meal 10 minutes ago and we had to be somewhere. Then, I had to go to Burger King. Very disappointed with Applebee's.

Just went in for the all. You can eat deal game with family or the shrimp to start with. Got our food had to wait 45 minutes for another quarter of shrimp. There were only 6 tables of people being served in the entire place that day. Spoke. With the manager she only took 10% off of our chick. We had already decided to leave. No one wants to wait that long for a second order of 6 shrimp. It's. not all you can eat. When it takes 45 minutes to get a second order, you lose your appetite. And not happy with how the manager handled the situation

We were seated right away. However, we waited 20 minutes to place a drink order. Once the food order was placed, the food was delivered 20 minutes later. Staff apologized for the wait time due to being short staffed.

My cousin chose Applebee's to celebrate her 41st birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. We sat at the bar where she enjoyed the chicken Alfredo, while I had the strawberry chicken salad. Our waitress was professional and ensured our food arrived promptly. Overall, it was an excellent outing, and I'm definitely looking forward to returning.
