My favorite spot for Vietnamese iced coffee on the island! The Egg Coffee is so creamy and delicious, a real treat.

I only wish they could open earlier and take even more of my money 😭 I can't tell you how many times I've woken up excited to pick up coffee during the workweek and realized they don't open until 10 🥹 Pleaseee consider opening at 8 or 9am 😭

This place is PINK! There's a nice play area for little kids. They also sell a variety of mochi donuts. From the kiosk, we ordered Wintermelon Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, Phin Egg Coffee, and a Mochi Donut. The drinks were good. I liked the coffee. It had an interesting taste mixed with the egg flavor.

Seems like this used to be a Bober in the past cuz everything is hella pink. Pretty clean establishment. The drinks are alright. Slightly disappointed they don't offer no ice option for their classic milk tea options. Oh, they also have mochi donuts.
