Went here yesterday the food was great but they messed up our order I spent 140.00 at this place I always come here and spend spend spend yet they messed the order up didn't give us a pound of mussles a piece like I ordered and payed for one of the bags ordered combo number 3 didn't even have the gator sausages. Devin was terrible we had just left he tried to make it seem as if I couldn't be rembursed for the sausages or like we were trying to get over because we were trying to figure out if they would give us the sausages or give me my money back. Devin didn't have a solution for anything but talk to the owner who wasn't there then Devin proceeded to say they put all the sausages in one bag as if I didn't order sausages for two separate orders... Bottom line the food is great but customer service sucks big time and I spend 140.00 everytime I go so no I will never order nor entertain this business again... Devin needs better people skills... If that's even his name ....

Great food! Great service! I had the fresh oysters and they were delicious. Also had the combo # 1, clams and mussels, with garlic butter sauce which was so good I wanted to drink the left over sauce! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

This was our first and last time at this establishment. The food was mediocre first of all. The only real reason that we ended up here, is because Backyard Bayou is closed. The woman that was at the counter was kinda rude. But the gentleman that came out to help us was ok. I ordered the crawfish rice. That rice tasted like it was boiled to long. No real flavor. They don't even give you a nice amount of fish for what they are charging. Though the fish was way more flavorful. The sweet potato fries weren't that great and they gave me ketchup for them. Who in the halibut does that Any who, they won't get our patronage again.

Trash!! Service was Terrible. Was very rude. When I asked for my order. Made It seem like I did not pay for my order. The food was trash bread was hard. I would say the raw oysters where OK but I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. I will not be going here anymore. My first in last time.

Their Fried calamari is good. This place is used to be a chinese buffet restaurant and it has plenty of space, it’s divided into 2 restaurant, the Bucket o’crawfish and a thai noodle restaurant. Service is fast and good. Price is ok. Haven’t tried their seafood basket but will some other time.

Place was pretty good. The prices online do not match the prices on the menu. To be honest prices on my receipt didn't match prices on the menu. Their cheesecake or their version of cheesecake is like pound cake with some weird filling on top of it. Nice atmosphere friendly staff. They have cocktails. Just a little over priced 240 bucks for dinner for two. Yeah we took some fried rice and a few chicken wings home but bay area prices
We tried this place on the recommendation of a friend. They liked the bucket menu option, but we just weren't in the mood for that, so we decided to go simple.Parking was a bit sketchy - behind the building near a motel, so we decided to park on the street where we could see our car from the restaurant window. It is a building that houses, both the bucket of crawfish and a Pho restaurant... That was a little confusing . It was very clean and bright inside. The staff was friendly and seated us near the window. We ordered the catfish basket and fried chicken wings. The catfish were small nuggets fried perfectly and tasted fresh. The fries had just the right amount of Cajun seasoning. The chicken wings were yummy and came with a jalapeño dipping sauce that I would use on anything, it was so zesty! It was a nice outing. We'll come back again when we have a craving for the "bucket" experience.

The worst experience. Went on Fat Tuesday to get a crawfish ordered a pound but got maybe a half it was a pound if you inckude the bowl. Suppose to fresh they where frozen and dead (tails limp). Returned and order shrimp instead again not a pound. So, the bill comes they charge me the price of the fresh crawfish $16.95 but I order the shrimp $14.95. Show him the error and they said they gave me extra shrimp to make up. Ridiculous will not be back.
The food here is good. I've tried the garlic noodles, snow crab and shrimp. The people who work here are nice. The crazy mix sauce is good. The mild isn't spicy at all to me and the medium is a little too spicy for me. The prices on their website need to be updated they're a lot more expensive than what's listed.

I'll keep it short and sweet. Went for dinner with my brother and his family. Some of us ordered from the crawfish restaurant, some from the Japanese restaurant. The two in one place interesting. My teriyaki plate was meh. Skimpy on the chicken and it was kinda cold. I can't speak on the rest of the food, but my two young nephews ate crawfish and ended up getting food poisoning. Needless to say I'll never go back. I gave an extra star because our server was SO NICE. He was just the sweetest ever. Really both stars are for him.
