In a bit of a hurry stopped bought Coke French fries. Walked to my car and opened lunch. The burger and fries were cold. Now, this was less than 3 minutes after I was handed my lunch.The burger was cold to warm, fries were cold, coke ? How can any one mess up a coke. I sat there fuming and dumped food only and fed the crows. I threw all papers products in the trash. Your place sucks I’ll never step foot in another Burger King. Ever!!

Tried ordering through the app just around 8:30pm. After i got charged, the app errored out and I had no conf number. Only a charge to my card. Ok cool… i still want a burger so try to go in but doors are locked. Ok great! The drive through line is much shorter…will try there. Nobody at the comm box so I wait. After several minutes, i just reverse out the drive through cuz cars are stuck waiting in front of me so i cant go forward. Im just gonna contest the charge on my credit card and i never did get a burger. I went home and had cereal and an ice cream sandwich instead.

Poor assistant manager service. Often very rude and unprofessional. Very clean bathrooms and overall ok. But they often treat the customers with a very poor service with an attitude

Ordered a 12 piece mozzarella fries I received 8. Also they forgot my water bottle. I tried to order a chicken jr meal they are like what is that?I’m like it’s on the Burger King app you can get it as a meal The employee was like no there’s no meal . I’m like fine can I get a medium fry a chicken jr and a water bottle . The service was not the best . And the food is okay I just went because my son loves mozzarella fries .

Got my order wrong they didn't want to fix it even tho I show them the receipt
I went here in the evening, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady working during that shift was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I noticed they charged me more than the menu price and asked why, she snapped at me and said, ‘If you don’t want to pay this price, leave.’ Seriously? The price on the menu should be honored, and her attitude made the whole experience even worse. It took forever to sort out the issue, and no one apologized. On top of that, the food wasn’t even worth the inflated price. Save yourself the frustration—this place is not worth your time or money!”
Bought a large fries, gave us barely any fries. CHICKEN SANDWICH looks like they just slapped the cheese in it without any care in the world. Other chicken sandwich barely had any lettuce.

Unfortunately, this BK doesn't not adhere to its own schedule. Often has a drive thru line waitntime of 20 mins and very disappointing customer service interaction. It is consistently this bad. Food is decent considering, but this place needs an overhaul.
