⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Celebrated a birthday at Ceron Kitchen in Alameda, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The atmosphere was wonderfully inviting, setting the perfect tone for our celebration.First up, the wedge salad was a refreshing delight, perfectly crisp and flavorful. But it was the lobster fettuccine that truly stole the show – every bite was a burst of exquisite flavors, leaving us craving for more.A special shoutout to the exceptional staff, particularly our bartender Robert, whose warmth and expertise enhanced our experience. Robert's recommendations for wine pairings were spot on, elevating each course to perfection.Overall, Ceron Kitchen exceeded our expectations in every way. We'll definitely be returning for more memorable dining experiences!

Carlos was awesome! He was so personable and congratulated us upon arrival (we had a reservation)The playlist was a little weird... Don't worry be happy, r&b version of Hello by Adele, ... Not something I'd expect. Definitely noticeable

Wonderful servers. Rack of lamb with asparagus risotto top notch. Frutti di mare skimped on seafood and sauce lacked garlic and herbs, but papardelle pasta good. Ahi tartare and tiramisu very nice.

Very slow service. It took 15 minutes to get a glass of water and another 20 minutes to get cocktails and order. They had a big party but other tables were served before us but ariived 15 minutes later than us. We were very disappointed. Food was good.

We had a great dining experience. The lobster fettuccine prix fixe dinner for two was excellent. It included the chive biscuits which we love & cream brûlée for dessert for $110. A great deal!! This is our 3rd dinner here and each time has been a wonderful experience.

Way overpriced, disappointing. Got the Alameda restaurant week fixed menu. $110 for two people; one appetizer, two mains, one dessert. I’ve included the regular menu price for each item.Buttermilk Chive Biscuits ($14): 3 small (1”x1”x1”) biscuits, served with honey butter. A little crispy but overall good, just small for the price.Lobster Fettuccini ($58): noodles and cream sauce with chanterelles were excellent. Lobster tail was like rubber, clearly from frozen or overcooked or both, at least cut it up or leave us a knife so we can do it ourselves. There were also 3 whole langoustine tails (not mentioned in the menu description), which were flavorless and had the texture of beef gristle. Dish would have been better without them at all.Crème Brûlée ($13): custard was heavy and not particularly flavorful, topping was burnt and bitter. I’ve had better crème brûlée out of a freeze-dry backpacker’s pantry bag.The ambience and service was ok, only complaint is from where we were seated we could see 5 huge TVs playing sports channels, not exactly the ambience I want at a restaurant otherwise branded as fine dining. Weird.Disappointing, wildly overpriced, would not recommend to anyone.

It was nice the owner came over & introduced himself. We had no idea he also own Ally & Vines and they have breakfast every day starting at 7 AM. Good to know. Excellent martini. The duck & pork chop was excellent. Personally I would prefer less Salt (pork) & more fresh vegetables ( rather than the very tiny chopped root vegs. ) just my personal preference. Everything was delicious.

Wow what an amazing fine dining experience! Kudos to the chef! Everything tasted delicious! The pistachio salad had so much pistachio and the dressing was made perfect! The seafood pasta and ribeye is to die for! Scallops were the best and a great selection of wine to pair. Service is impeccable:)

Early lunch this morning on a Tuesday. A My guest and I were the only customers, beautiful restaurant seated on enclosed patio which was quite stuffy, no ventilation. Unfortunately my meal was overcooked, I ordered chicken and waffles, chicken came out burnt and the waiter told me it was a reflection of the seasoning. Also, the waffles were dry and served with cold syrup. I asked if it’s normally served warm, waiter says “yes, on the weekends” which I found hilarious! Unfortunately this meal was a no go for me. However, I am willing to give the dinner menu a try or meet friends for drinks.I’m noticing there’s no response in the comments from the management for customers that had a bad experience. Wondering if they just don’t give a care,

The food was good. We got the Hamachi "gazpacho" while it was good. It left me wondering why it was titled as such, where the bread was, and why it cost so much. Paired with Josh Sauv Blanc, worked for the Hamachi, not sure for the next app as... 40 minutes later, we got our next appetizer; Calamari frito. This was at least fried, as implied by the name. While over salted and slightly over cooked, it included roasted shisito peppers and brussel sprouts served with a lemon aoili. We split the duck with mushroom risotto, portobello tempura with red wine reduction. Paired with the Josh Cab Sav (Pinched, but worked once it opened). The duck was slightly under rendered, but otherwise well cooked. The risotto was well done, but I didn't see that it was a "cheese" risotto. It was so cheese forward that my husband was a "no thank you," and I got to have it all my own. Non-cheese lovers are weird (come at me!). However, it was an oddly assertive pairing with a sweet, tender duck. I think an asparagus forward risotto would have paired better with the cheese being a background note. Overall, I see what they're trying for, but fall short. I would rather venture to Berkeley, Oakland or SF. It didn't quite hit the price point for the menu.

The food here is extraordinary and the ambience is the perfect blend of upscale without being pretentious. You can come dressed up for a date or in shorts. A big fan since its opening, but have noticed a drop off in the quality of service on our last two visits. Maybe it's getting too hard to find good people? On our last two visits, we had long waits for drinks or gaps in service. Never experienced this here before, and not acceptable at this price point. We will definitely go back again with the hope they step it up.

We were able to get reservations before 7pm for 4 on a Saturday. Enjoyed the variety and quality of food and beverage menus. Would recommend a tad more lighting to read the menu, but overall had a fantastic experience.

The brunch was not great. Edible but not tasty. The hollandaise was not hollandaise, no tang. The home fries had many burned potatoes. It just wasn't what I expected for the price, or at any price.

Had dinner at Ceron last night. What they did well -- Cocktails We had martinis and a Sage. The barware was lovely great presentation and balance of flavors- Cheese plate - nice variety of cheeses a bit heavy on the accompaniments (honey, marmalade, cranberry compote)What needs work -- Service, lovely servers and a bit slow on the turnovers- Food, we had a variety of apps and they were all okay but no standouts. For entrees we had the burger which looked like a pre-pressed patty. Ordered it medium rare - it was more medium, not juicy at all. Again, not bad but not memorable.we also had the duck with mushroom risotto - not a stand out.Perhaps a narrowing of focus that could be executed with excellence rather than such a large menu. With all of the dining choices in the area not sure I would choose to go back.
