I just want to give a big shoutout to the gentleman who answered the phone and took our order—he was absolutely wonderful! He made sure to take our order carefully, repeated everything back to confirm, and was kind and professional throughout. That level of care and service truly stood out.
We even made sure to tip him because he deserved it. I really wish I had caught his name because he deserves his flowers 💐 for going above and beyond. This is exactly how customer service should be, and to top it off, the food was delicious! I truly hope he moves up in the company—he has what it takes to go far.

Check your sandwich before you leave to make sure you got what you ordered. I ordered the Gilroy, but when I finally got home to eat it there was no garlic in it. It was still good for a basic cheesesteak, but not what I ordered and too late to do anything with them closing soon.

I ordered the Hoagie and added red and green peppers. The sandwich had 1 tomato and a few strands of lettuce. Disappointing. The cook got it all wrong. Green and red peppers was the bulk of my sandwich.

*this is for the Alameda location *Not only did they forget my fries and not cut my sandwich .It looks like they just threw all the contents in the wrapper and expected the sandwich to assemble itself .This is absolutely disgraceful .
