The atmosphere loses a star only because it is small. Limited places to sit. Staff is patient, friendly, and accommodating within reason. Needed it as I was babysitting my niece and nephew (7m and 5f).

*this is for the Alameda location *Not only did they forget my fries and not cut my sandwich .It looks like they just threw all the contents in the wrapper and expected the sandwich to assemble itself .This is absolutely disgraceful .

Ordered LG classic Cheesesteak with American, provolone, grilled onions, Hot AND Sweet Peppers ??️. I live by the beach in San Francisco and the Alameda Location is the ONLY location I’ll go to now!! The one on Divisadero totally skimps on everything now, and the portions are a joke. Kudos to the Staff at that Alameda Location Cheesesteak Shop!! We will be back again soon!!

The cheese steak sandwich was delicious and hot coming fresh off the grill. Recommend eating the food there, right away for the best taste.
Vegetarian options: You can order all veggie sandwich but that will defeat the purpose of going there.
