I loved the place, it's very nice to share with your friends or family, we spent a different Father's Day, the place is very cozy

Placed order for pick up and said will be ready in 20mins. Thats false! they have you waiting and keep telling you your order is not ready after 40 minutes waiting. Don’t recommend to order online.

This is not a review but feedback, per se. The menu is not in English and the servers don’t care to slow down and clarify. Again, not criticism but just something you should know if you foolishly try to check out the spot on the corner…

If you don't speak Chinese or don't look like one you will wait a little longer for service.

One star because the food is tasty, but ONLY one star because literally every time I order it's 20-30 minutes late. It doesn't matter if I order and schedule or a delivery or have it delivered ASAP.

Maybe it's different if you order for dine-in, but every single time the restaurant prioritizes other people's orders and mine is delayed. I definitely do not recommend delivery, if it don't want to honor delivery times they shouldn't offer them.

I won't be ordering from them again, too many missed chances.

It's hard to get a seat quickly, but the food is relatively good.

Came here for dinner with my mom and boyfriend, and we brought some gift cards to pay for our meal. They told us since the gift cards were old and sold by the previous owner, they would not honor them. Even though this is illegal in California and we told them this, they refused.

Food is just okay, ambience is lacking, go somewhere else where they follow the rules and honor gift cards. We won’t be back.

It's a bit too noisy. It could be because the day I went was Saturday. Everybody went to get dim sum. Fast service. A lot of variety. Courtesy, and there was a parking lot. However, it was small.

Don't go there, unless you want to see a fly inside your soup and the waiter then denies it's their fault.

My family was there for a celebration of life/post-funeral gathering following my aunt's passing. We went there because it was one of her favorite spots!

We did the typical banquet-style luncheon with several dishes. Everything we had was delicious, from the fried rice, honey-walnut shrimp, fish filet with veggies and goose feet! It sounds ridiculous, but it's somewhat of a delicacy. My Uncle Hall couldn't get enough so we sent him home with all those leftovers. They were busy and for obvious reasons
...their food is just straight good! Don't pass up on the chance to visit this spot!

The combination of pig intestine along with the frog may not sound appetizing, but from here it was to die for. It simply can not get better than it was here. It was so good, I would be willing to sacrifice my first born child, just for a fraction of something not even half as good. The experience is hard to describe , but I can try. It gave me the same experience in terms of dopamine, as when I first downloaded Truth Social, and followed our lord and savior Donald Trump (amen). I would get on my knees for more than just Jesus, just to hear someone eat it through a walkie talkie. It was truly spectacular.

Older decorated dim sum place. Above average dim sum but nothing different from other trees houses. Parking was challenging

This is my family's to go dim sum house in Alameda. The prices are right. The dim sum is rock solid. And the dumplings are huge and good. It is not fancy and most of the time, we really aren't into fancy. We just want it to be satisfying and it is. Service is good and typical for dim sum houses. Parking is easier than Oakland Chinatown and it is safer. It's a no Brainer for us.
