The server doesn’t care about customer service. Young Latino tan guy that serves food was in a rush. Our plates were small because the server is stingy. $20 each plate that included a drink. What a rip off. Get better customer service Alameda.

Ordered the Chipotle Honey Chicken bowl WITH GUACAMOLE. Get all the way home in DOWNTOWN OAKLAND to find no guacamole on my food! So I’m WILLING to eat the food, just refund me my money for the guacamole. So I call the store, all to not get the store! An automated machine tells me repeatedly that this store is “busy making bowls & burritos for other customers and no calls can be accepted at this location.” So now I’m PISSED! I have to waste my TIME, my GAS & depleted ENERGY to drive all the way back IN THE DARK to get a FULL REFUND BC WHAT?! So after being made to stand there for about 7 minutes, the guy comes to see what I want. I explained to him that I had to travel from Downtown Oakland to come back bc guacamole wasn’t put on my food & I would like to get a refund. So he asks for my card, I tell him I paid with ApplePay. So he goes into the drawer to hand me $13.13 (I believe it was). I tell him that’s not what I paid for the food. He responds, “ You ordered a chipotle honey chicken bowl.” I say, EXACTLY WITH GUACAMOLE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE ON MY FOOD AS TO WHY I’M HERE.” (Tho the letters are large I was very calm) I show him the receipt on my phone saying I paid $16.34 for the food and yet, he STILL goes over to the bag to read the receipt 🤦🏾‍♀️ and sees I’m not lying THEN I guess 😡 then proceeds to give me the rest of the money owed SHAKING 🤦🏾‍♀️ Idk what ppl are used to be it is NEVER THAT SERIOUS! I am a 51 year old woman… Like PLZ CHILD! Just give me my money so I can go somewhere else to feed my DIABETIC SELF! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT ANY CHIPOTLE AND THAT IS ON GOD 🤞🏾 This Chipotle was my last hope for this food chain! If I could give a ZERO I WOULD!!! Like YOU messed up my food had me traveling up & down the highway and had the AUDACITY to challenge ME… only in America! But I PROMISE it will never happen with Chipotle EVER AGAIN!!!

This is the only Chipotle in the world that uses terrible wooden spoons that are rough on your tongue and feel like they will give you tongue splinters. Everything else is perfect but that one thing makes the experience 50% worse.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla with double chicken, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The staff member helping me was rude and rushed through the order. Knowing I got a small portion, I politely asked for triple chicken and offered to pay extra, she insisted she had already given me a double portion and flat-out refused to add more. When I got home, the protein weighed 6.5 ounces—well below Chipotle’s standards for a double portion of 4oz/serving.

Uncleanliness food is all over in kitchen area where making wraps! Looks and feels like all girls are fought over something with each others ! Customers service was and bad attitude
food was cold and burritos wrap was loose! As soon as opening everything was falling apart!

Total scam here. One of the worst Chipotles ever. This was a few months ago. I am posting this as I saw another review where someone else was also forced buy sodas. They dont even provide water. The manger said they ran out of water cups and then insisted that we buy a bottled water or buy soda. I asked if he can give a soda cup for water. He said that if I am that thirsty, I need to spend extra money. When i pointed that it is California law to provide water, he said "California Law my a$$". Looking at the other reviews now, i think they might be purposely not keeping water cups on hand. Looks like this place is scamming people by forcing them to buy high margin beverages.

Thank you to whoever cooked the steak that I had on February 26th at 6pm. Perfectly cooked medium well, tender, seasoned perfectly. Best steak I’ve ever had at any Chipotle location.

I ordered a burrito - but I requested for the cheese to be melted while the tortilla was
warming up. It wasn’t until the end that the manager came out and told them to upcharge me $3 for the inconvenience of warming up the cheese in the tortilla. Had I known, I would’ve never asked for that! $24 for a burrito?! I’ll take my money elsewhere thank you ✌🏼

This is the biggest chipotle burrito I’ve ever gotten and I go to a lot of chipotle’s across the US. I did a double wrap and they spread the tortillas such that it was about 2x as big as one burrito.
