It mustve be a new worker I was dealing with yesterday because I ordered my bowl and was a bit unhappy with the chicken portion so I asked a little more please like the CEO of chipotle instructed us to do if we feel unhappy with the portion size. However this young female worker the youngest there I’m sure put one small piece of chicken more when I asked, I should have walked out but regretfully gave them my business since I was hungry and there.

I got there slightly after 10 pm, and they close at 11. But, they didn't have any steak left. I guess they didn't want to cook anyone since it was late, and they were already cleaning their grill. But, considering that they should have cooked extra steak beforehand. This seems to be a common thing at chipotles lately as it happened at another location in Alameda as well. With the prices they have, they might as well cook more steak!

I ordered a DoorDash order from here.
It showed up with no guacamole, even though I paid for it. I decided that’s ok and will give it to wife.
I ordered a second DoorDash order. It showed up AGAIN. With no guacamole. And this time with no CHEESE. Just got the order completely wrong.
I even put in special requests “please don’t forget guacamole.” You can’t call to complain. And DoorDash didn’t help make it right.

Not a good location chipotle overall has lost the plot . The quality of the food is bad the customer service is bad and I was once an employee and I can see the standard had changed unfortunately. The line is always not very clean the employees have bad attitudes and there’s no urgency to help customers with a nice attitude like I know they’re trained and required to do . Outside of the portions even being smaller than normal there’s no nice and kind interactions especially from the female workers . There’s one girl in particular who’s extremely rude her attitude sucks my coworker and I have gone on numerous occasions and her attitude is disgusting. The employees ignore customers and the food doesn’t look very pleasant I don’t respect it all. It’s bad customer service then they’re rushing with making orders and you have the next customer after you standing right next to you while trying to pay and it’s uncomfortable and there’s not enough space . The food on the line looks over cooked sometimes and not presentable . This location needs some serious rebranding

I always buy the same thing, all the time and they regularly charge me $16, today someone named Katia served me, they charged me $20, it was too much for the food that I always pay for, I think they wanted to charge me until hello

They get my order wrong Everytime! I thought maybe it was a communication problem so I placed my order online this time and still the orders were wrong. Outof 4 burritos and a kid meal 2 of the burritos were wrong even though the label was correct. They tasted absolutely disgusting as if they made them as soon as I placed the order and not for the requested time. I tipped 20% online which was a huge mistake on a bigish order and will never tip here again as I have been overtipping here for some time due to poor service. Actually I will probably not even go here anymore as I haven't had a positive experience here in quite a while. Also, all of the cheese was in one place and the hot sauce was all over the outside of the burrito. Very unpleasant and I rarely give a 1 star review but at this point if zero was an option that would be my rating.
Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions don't order ahead because you have to stand there and make sure they get it right. My friend is allergic to tomatoes and there was salsa in there and guac which they also cannot eat. There was both even though not listed on the label. Luckily it isn't a life threatening allergy, but being itchy for the rest of the day isn't fun.

Food was good, wait not bad at all being in the Oakland/Alameda area. It took a bit of time for the meal to come out bit for drinks fairly quick, only problem was that my youngest grandson drank his drink up due to having to wait on food, he ended up eating his meal after getting him back home. We are in and I was surprised to find that it was not any type of priority to keep the area for eating clean. Maybe that's just the thing in the bigger places, I was there for vacation and picked what I would call a safe place based on others I've gone too.

I’ve had some really disappointing experiences at this Chipotle location. Last night, they were out of white rice when I visited close to closing time, which I let slide. But today, when I came in at 9 PM, they were out of white rice again, with no plans to make more—even though they still had hours before closing.
Having worked at Chipotle, I know how easy it is to make rice. You just wash it, put it in the rice cooker with some oil and bay leaves, and wait a short time. It doesn’t get much easier. The fact that the staff couldn’t be bothered to do something so simple is incredibly frustrating. It feels like they just didn’t care enough to provide a basic part of the meal. Definitely did not see any top performers.
This kind of disregard for customer service is really disappointing. I hope they get their act together, but for now, this location is not meeting the standards I expect from Chipotle.
Needed to grab some lunch before hitting Target. We dined in for this first time at this particular Chipotle location. It is on the smaller side inside. There were four staff members working. They were doing a great job of keeping the line moving efficiently and effectively. Restaurant was clean and well stocked.
Our food was prepared to perfection. Portion sizes were outstanding on both our burrito and burrito bowl. The team was super delightful. Shout out Brenda !!
This was absolutely the best Chipotle I’ve ever had. Both my wife and I said the same. Can’t thank the team enough. We did also submit a survey providing tons of positive feedback.
