Food here was on the sweet side definitely wasn’t expecting ice cream on top but the Ube sauce although a lot would have preferred it separated so the waffle itself wouldn’t be soggy so quickly. Though I got ti say the drink was bomb 100%recommend viet

The drinks are good. Love walking by the water while I wait for my order to be completed. It's a nice area to chill and enjoy your drinks at.

The strawberry foam and salted sweet cream foam Vietnamese coffee are soooo good! The Ube waffle was perfect! So happy to have found such a gem with good food and super friendly staff!

My Saturday weekly ritual is to come here and get a vietnamese iced coffee, maybe some breakfast, and walk around with my dog. I love it so much that I never fail to come weekly! I love it here (: the people are extremely kind and I can tell they really care about their customers happiness as well. I also really love the area! Like it's a great spot to start your weekend off right, take a stroll, maybe pick up some groceries at the Safeway. You gotta come here!!

Love coming here for their different variety of drinks and pastries. They always add something new when I go so menu is consistently changing. I live in Oakland and make a trip for to them and order ahead on their square website (so convenient). My new go to is their Vietnamese coffee with salted crème. Their Vietnamese coffee is really strong so the combo with that salted crème, *muah. If you like that salty and sweet combo this is it. Try it and don't forget tot really mix it up, that crème is thick.

Since I was going to a nearby restaurant to buy lunch, I decided to drop by this place right before that restaurant opened. I ordered ube Vietnamese latte and pandan latte. Both drinks were super sweet. The ube and pandan flavors tasted like artificial syrups that were mixed into the coffee. After placing my order, I stood right by the door where the garbage bins were located at. Instead of smelling the fresh smell of coffee, all I could smelled was how bad the garage bins were. For a moment, I had an urge to vomit. The shop was slightly busy when I showed up so I could understand the difficulty of running a shop with just one person working.

***4.5 STARS***After a good night's sleep, my pseudo sibs and I woke up early the next morning and wanted to grab some coffee. We've stayed with this sibling before in the past and it's customary for us to walk over to Coffee and Tea Traders (CTT), which is about a 15min walk away from her house. Located in Harbor Bay Landing with neighbors of Safeway and Anytime Fitness, CTT is a locally owned business that serves an array of hot and cold drinks plus a variety of sandwiches and baked goodies. As mentioned, we've been here a couple of times and pretty much wanted to get a cup of Joe but several of us were hungry, so we pursued the menu on the wall and ordered away. The menu is nicely posted on the wall and their baked goods and bottled drinks were nicely arranged in their chiller. I was still somewhat groggy with the time difference now that I was in a different zone, I really wanted to go back to sleep. I was thirsty so I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and shared a breakfast burrito with my buddy. After paying for the food, we went outside and waited at one of the tables outside until we were called.VERDICT:Overall, we enjoyed the food as we gobbled everything up. One of my pseudo sibs shared with me her ham and cheese croissant and it was delicious. The croissant was toasted nicely with tasty sliced ham inside. The breakfast burrito was impressive as it had a generous portion of eggs inside. There were also avocado slices, cheese, and smoked bacon that permeated my mouth with each bite. It was delicious. My tea was just okay - - it wasn't anything special. The tea was brewed dense enough where my drink had a notable essence, but I wasn't really a fan. Tasted borderline medicinal? My friends really didn't comment about their drinks. Two of them got hot coffees and one got iced Thai green tea that was pretty to look at. I had no idea Thai green tea existed.Overall, my recent visit to CTT was above average where I wouldn't mind coming back again. Hopefully text time I won't feel that groggy so that I can sample one of their bagels and pair it with the iced Thai green tea.

I tried the UBE Vietnamese coffee and it was really bad. May be their other coffees would be better.Even the service was not that good, lady was more worried about closing the shop.Ambiance is really good as there is a water body just behind the place, hence the one forced star can be justified.

I really like their Jasmine Milk Tea and Rose Oolong Milk Tea, because of the tea flavor and overall it doesn't taste artificial. Those two are my main go-to drinks and their standard sweetness is just right for me. Sometimes I get Thai Green Tea, which is also good too!Their milk tea drinks does take longer than other places because they brew by the cup. However, I am okay with the wait since it would be better quality. I like how they have a reward system. After every purchase you gain points to potentially redeem a mochi donut, strawberry matcha, or any drink. Remember to enter your phone number as you order.A down side is that their drinks usually have more ice than necessary and the ice fills more than half of the cup. I need to finish the drink quickly before the ice melts or else the drink gets way too diluted quickly. If you ask for less ice, the drink won't be fill up to the top of the cup.

I LOVE Coffee and Tea Traders because they have the most fresh specialty drinks and the workers are super patient and friendly. The cute grass backdrop was a nice touch also. I absolutely love the Ube matcha latte and ube donut. Also, I love supporting small businesses that support our communities. Thanks so much for making my delicious drink, Corey!! I loved it!! Parking is vast too! Can't wait for my next visit!!!

We order a couple items at work from this small coffee shop. We order an Ube ice matcha late, Purple Everest, and a Ube ice late Vietnamese coffee. All the drinks were really good.

This was the only small business food place open before 11am. When I entered, there was a group of people who seemed like regulars. I ordered the ube Belgian waffle and it was delicious. A group of Oakland firefighters came in later.

I was in the area and decided to have my coffee break here. I always like to try new and independent coffee shops. I had the Vietnamese coffee for $5.50 and it was very good! My only complaint is that it was a little pricey but I would rather complain about that than quality.Casual and relaxing atmosphere with some outdoor seating. Perfect for a nice sunny day.
