I’ve picked up orders from this restaurant multiple times, and the experience is often frustrating. The woman at the front desk — the one who’s usually right at the entrance — is consistently rude and disrespectful to delivery drivers. She speaks in a harsh and unprofessional tone, even when we’re just calmly picking up an order. It’s not just a one-time thing; she’s always like that. I hope the management takes this seriously, because that kind of attitude reflects badly on the business.
Very clean and spacious. A lot of Dim Sum varieties to choose from. You can pick them from the cart or order from the slip. Food is delicious and the portions are generous. Price is on the expensive side considering the location.

Good dimsum option in the east Bay. Big portions and not too expensive. Was not packed on a Saturday morning. Recommend the pineapple buns and steamed chicken sticky rice dish. A lot of street parking in the neighborhood and walking distance
Dim sum carts on the weekends
Came here last week went to peony today, we definitely should've came back here.
The taste is very good, I will go there again next time.
The weekday special was worth the money. The place was not crowded

Limited parking. Delicious dim sum
Excellent dim sum! So many choices from the carts that soon hit your table! There’s even a mimosa cart with freshly squeezed OJ! Our favorites were the sesame balls and mango pudding with cream! The sui mai and dumplings were incredibly tasty and flavorful!
