Stellar chicken tortilla soup. All the soups are solid, actually. Other things like tacos, burritos, and enchiladas are pretty good too, but wow some of the menu items are wildly expensive for what you get... Like to the point where I thought the price for my cheese enchilada a la carte was a mistake. It was like $18 for a container with only two small tortillas wrapped around some shredded cheese. That's it. And the $5+ tiny tacos is a little extreme. But the economy is in the toilet, so I don't blame 'em and it's pretty good, especially if you're not trying to drive all the way to East Oakland for Mexican food (but also it wouldn't be a bad idea 😅)
The wraps here are packed with flavor and super fresh. The carne asada was juicy, and the portions were solid for the price. The staff was friendly, but service was a bit slow during rush hour. The place itself is pretty small, more of a grab-and-go spot than a sit-down restaurant. Definitely a great option for a quick and tasty meal if you're craving something hearty and satisfying
Way way overpriced. Food is just okay.
Tasty...but rather expensive for what it is.
this is the best mexican food on the island.
their burritos are well portioned and sized to make you only eat half.
the tacos are really delicious and you can just taste that seasoning when you take a bite.
While other places do have lengua, there’s something about this place that I keep coming back to. it’s so flavorful.
chips and salsa can be very expensive but at this rate i don’t care. their food is hella good and the only consistent place i ever go for mexican food.

I don't often have a bad review but watch it at this place. The website should have been a clue. NO PRICES. Guess what...when you get there the menu has NO PRICES. OK take out Mex...how expensive can it be?? IT IS!! VERY EXPENSIVE for what it is. We were pretty shocked. At least have some transparency folks!! Really! The food was average...I would give this restaurant a big pass...

Better than average with the choices. In fact, improved. But I've had better refritos.
