Awesome brunch spot. We had the biscuits & gravy $16. It comes in a bowl with two fried eggs. That was great. The rest were bacon, lettuce, avocado tomato $16, chicken pesto pizza $24, croissant $3.50 and sliders $18. The food did take a while to come out after we ordered at the counter. They get busy during brunch hours from the spillover crowd. Next door is a brewery. After our brunch, we took a walk around the warehouses to burn off the calories. I wish we took our bicycles with us. There's some nice bicycles paths around.

Their bread is not that great and nothing to write home about. Coffee is great though. Lots of outdoor space to hangout and eat.

Great food, pastries and beverages. My go to local cafe :)

I’ve been to this place a couple of times. This time around the cashier that took our initial order was very helpful. While we were having our salads, we were waiting to get the call that our Americano is ready. Never got it. We walked up to check - that it was there and had been sitting there, hiding behind the counter. They never called out my partners name no one else.
So I went back and asked The cashier is different from our first one and explain the situation. He was utterly rude.
I did not trust the staff at this point so I stood there while they were making it until I got my Americano. Please train all your servers and cashiers to provide the best possible Customer Service. That’s how you get repeat customers and a much better branding. At this point, I am disappointed

Such a good spot for lunch! The bakery dishes were so good as well. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating

Their pizza is not pizza napoletana if that's what you're expecting. Of course, I keep an open mind that there are many styles of pizza. Firebrand's pizza style is more focused on cheese with a nice melt and stringiness, which was appealing in its own way.

Brought a visitor here excited to share with them my favorite bakery. Sadly the cashier was extremely rude. When we asked what the seasonal pastry flavor was he was rolling his eyes and was flustered when we asked one question about the pastry (if he had any recommendations for one we had tried before). He loudly said “everything there is all there is”. The seasonal pastries do not have details of the flavors so there is no way but to ask. I’ve been coming here for years when it was in Oakland and never experienced such rudeness. I was embarrassed by this response and my guest was also taken aback. We ended up leaving without any pastries since it felt like we were bothering the cashier. I hope the customer service improves

Came 15 min before close for a cappuccino and was told sorry bar closed..why have hours till 6 if you can't make a cappuccino before closing? Seems odd

Pastry quality has really declined. Croissants don't even seem like a laminate product. Just had a fruit danish (no fruit- 2 blobs of jelly) and the pastry didn't taste like anything. Is there even butter in there? So disappointing as I used to be a fan

Fresh baked goods, outstanding! Service, absolutely horrible. One cash register worker for a line that fills the dining area with no urgency or care. Please open another register and find a legit worker that has awareness. Took us 30 minutes to stand in line and get our yummy pastries.

We ordered chicken fingers for my 2 year old son and we took them home. As he was eating them, I was passing by and noticed how one of them was RAW. Not even pink but completely RAW. This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible and my kid could get salmonella because of this.

Food is great. Pastries are creative and delicious. Coffee and espresso drinks are also great. The staff is generally friendly (maybe 1 or 2 outliers in many many visits)

Giving one star (hopefully temporarily) due to the utensils. When I spend $15 on a salad I expect to be able to at least eat it with ease. This is not something I’ve ever had to think about. They have dull wooden utensils that make this unnecessarily difficult. The fork wasn’t terrible, but I ordered a soup and the only option they have is something that most closely resembles a tongue depresser. How am I supposed to eat soup off a flat piece of wood? Seems like a big oversight. Please bring back normal utensils (and real straws while you’re at it)

Make sure your order goes thru! I went for a Valentine's lunch. And they forgot our orders. They refunded my money and gave us pastries, but my heart was 💔 boo hoo. Usually it's not bad! And the food is really good. We waited 45 mins till they noticed. Pretty bad because we work and lost so much time.

I didn’t think it was possible for counter service to be so slow. Just taking orders and pushing buttons. Needs better staffing. I just wanted some pastries to go.

Also fyi no toasts after 11am.
