I stopped by today on 4/16/2024 @ 6:50 PM for an online pickup while they're having a half off special. I customized my sub and NOTHING I requested was included in my order and everything I didn't want, was included. The ONLY reason I'm giving a 3 star is because the cup of chilli was good but the sandwich was ABSOLUTELY not. There was no one inside when I came and there was no line out the door, so I'm not sure why no one bothered to READ my customized order. I'm not sure I'll be back or recommend this spot if Johhny or Jill can't or won't read?

?? Shame the food is great. We were refused at the door, 30 minutes before closing when we did want our order to go. Told to order online. You can't order online this late. It forces you to order tomorrow. On top of that, you can't get a combo, so it's a scheme to make more money by paying for things separately. That's my last time at my once favorite sandwich shop that I drive 30 minutes to get to.

I got a medium Italian for $19. I was craving an Italian sub and I was in the vicinity and have never been here. This wasn't it! The flavors were nothing like an Italian sub. There was a sweet white cream that overpowered everything. I tasted nothing but the bread and that cream. The bread was better than most sub places. There was barely any lettuce on it! The little that was there was drowned in that sweet cream. I guess for Italian I expected mustard, mayo, oil and vinegar, something more acidic. This sandwich missed the mark tremendously.

Sandwich was good but I got a medium cheese steak sandwich for the price I felt it was a really small portion.

I mean...at least the service was ok. But that is not enough sandwich for the price. First time here and My goodness I got a medium steak and cheese...$17 and change. Wasn't even super tasty, very bland, And it was tiny for the price. Oh well...live and learn.

No longer worth it now that they've increased prices. 12 dollars for a mediocre sandwich is laughable.Since posting this they've increased to 15 dollars. Insanity.

Decided to try, sorry we did! $16 for a sandwich only! ingredients were meh, think subway, but 2x more expensive! Go to Domenico's, 100x better!

The chessesteak is really tasty. The meat had some really good flavoring. Service was great. Price was a bit high for a sandwich though.

Can't rate anything beside food since it was a treat from boss. I got tuna salad sub. Tuna salad on the wheat bread with cheese, some lettuces and tomato slices plus one small wedge of pickled cucumber. The tuna was fully loaded on one size so I had to alternative bite all around to get balance of every bites. I wish there will be more pickled cucumbers on the side as request and also maybe other vegetables like fresh cucumber slices and yellow peppers plus black olives. Mom likes the taste of the wheat bread. Drum roll for one and single pic below.

Don't go there! I feel that I was being scammed with my experience there and hope that no one else will have the same "bad" experience! The idea of the Firehouse Sub donation intrigued me. Even though I am not a big fan of bread, I got an email about their special last Sunday (2 days ago) with a promotion on a medium Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub For only $6 (I did see smaller words right below noting that it's actually "$6.99" in the West Region). I also saw the same Sub on the TV commercial. I convinced my husband to go and try with me. When we arrived, the staff told us to go to the register to order. My husband asked if it's cheaper to order through the App. The staff said it's the same price. So we placed in our orders. After that, I sat down at a table and asked my husband to let me see the bill and well, I was shocked that the $6.99 medium Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub was actually $15.99 (see attached receipt). It's not a lot of money but I felt "betrayed" so I went to talk to a different staff, he said I had to order through the App to get that price. I told him that the other staff had told me it's the same price, online or ordered through them.At this time, another person came over ( I believe she's the manager). I told her the situation - not only I got an email, I saw the ad on TV yesterday and today! Rather than giving me a reason why they overcharged me like I should order through the App, she flatly lied to me and said the promotion is over. I figure no matter what, they will not try to handle this professionally - especially reimburse me on their overcharge. Their dishonesty has left a bad taste in my mouth that I will never return!
